WASHINGTON DC: While President Donald Trump may not be entertained by Gavin Newsom’s trolling, Ana Navarro is finding plenty of humor in the California governor’s online digs.

On Tuesday, the former co-host of The View used Instagram to cheer Newsom’s social media antics that have taken repeated swipes at the president, even saying they deserved a Nobel Peace Prize.

Ana Navarro praises Gavin Newsom’s trolling of Donald Trump

Navarro highlighted an AI-generated image shared by Newsom’s press office that placed the governor and his family on the cover of Time magazine, seemingly portraying a fictional inauguration day.

The image was part of a larger series of memes styled after Trump and his supporters. Other creations featured Newsom as a heroic figure and even had his face carved into Mount Rushmore.

Reposting the 'Time' magazine screengrab, Navarro wrote, “This level of trolling deserves a prize. Maybe a Nobel Peace Prize,” followed by three laughing emojis.

Gavin Newsom uses Reba McEntire's song to mock Donald Trump’s health

The governor’s latest jab came in an Instagram video set to Reba McEntire’s 2001 hit 'I’m a Survivor'. The montage strung together Trump’s public gaffes, including stumbling on Air Force One’s steps, recoiling from a bald eagle, and being hit in the chin by a microphone.

Newsom captioned the clip, “He’s trying.” The video also contrasted Trump’s wealthy lifestyle with the song’s lyrics about a “single mom who works two jobs.” It further highlighted the bruises spotted on Trump’s hands in recent months.

Trump was recently diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, but speculation about his health had been swirling long before the announcement. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt insisted the bruising was caused by handshaking and aspirin, saying Trump “meets more Americans and shakes their hands on a daily basis than any other president in history."

Internet reacts to Ana Navarro supporting Gavin Newsom’s trolling

Fans were quick to respond to Navarro’s comment.

One person wrote under a comment section on her post, "It’s getting maga so mad, I love it."

Another pushed back, saying, "This isn’t even funny, it’s actually part of the problem… so disheartening 😞."

Some voiced criticism of Newsom directly. "I’m a Democrat. I’m a California. NO! to Newsom!," one user said.

Another added, "I’m not voting for him even if Trump runs a third term. They have literally the worst choices at the DNC."

Others were doubtful, with one remarking, "Never gonna happen."

Another added, "What a disaster that would be!"

But not all responses were negative. One supporter wrote, "Love this photo- hopefully it becomes a reality." Another shared, "Wouldn’t that be great. I love how Govenor Newsom defends our country, not only California! Beautiful family ❤️."
