REHOBOTH, DELAWARE: The public schedule of President Joe Biden indicates a balance between his rest and relaxation time and the responsibilities of running the country.

The 81-year-old commander-in-chief has accumulated 532 vacation days in under four years, which is approximately 40% of the 1,326 days he has served in office.

Startling statistics from the Republican National Committee show that an average American, who receives 11 days of vacation per year, would need nearly 48 years to accumulate that many days off.

Critics decry Joe Biden’s vacation time as world faces crises

“The image of Joe Biden fast asleep and lying flat on his back in his chair at the beach while America and the world is on fire will define the Biden presidency,” Mark Paoletta, who served as the general counsel for the White House Office of Management and Budget under former President Donald Trump, stated, as per New York Post.

“Inflation has been out of control; prices still way too high; our border overrun with millions of illegal aliens committing violent crimes on our citizens; the world in a perilous state; and all Biden wants to do is go on vacation and check out — for more than 530 days,” he said.

The RNC noted that President Biden's recent Saturday in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, marked his "16th consecutive day on vacation."

There has been speculation that President Biden has kept a lower public profile since late July due to frustration with fellow Democrats, including former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif), who reportedly pressured him not to seek reelection.

Joe Biden's 40% time away from office surpasses Donald Trump and other presidents

The Post's report highlighted that President Joe Biden was away from the White House for all or part of 382 out of the first 957 days of his presidency, or approximately 40%. This frequency of personal overnight trips could potentially set a record for the most time spent away by a sitting US president.

President Biden's out-of-office ratio of 40% significantly exceeds that of former President Donald Trump, who allocated 26% of his presidency to personal trips away from Washington, totaling 381 days out of his 1,461 days in office.

In comparison, Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama each took vacations for only 11% of their respective two-term presidencies, while the industrious Jimmy Carter took just 79 days of vacation, amounting to 5% of his single term.

On Saturday, September 7, President Biden dined at Fieldstone Golf Club in New Castle County, Delaware, with former Pennsylvania Senator Ted Kaufman.

Aides claim Joe Biden remains on call during breaks despite beach photos

Presidential aides consistently maintain that Joe Biden, like previous presidents, works remotely and remains on call during breaks, despite being photographed several times dozing off on Rehoboth Beach.

Rep Nicole Malliotakis (R-Staten Island/Brooklyn) made a tongue-in-cheek comment suggesting that President Biden could do Americans a favor by extending his time off.

“We probably would have been better off if he did even less and went on vacation more,” she said.

She further added, “Sadly, he repealed President Trump’s border policies, lifted sanctions on Iran that enriched them, and implemented anti-energy policies that drove up the cost of gas, food and utility bills. If he just left things alone, things would be better.”

White House spokesperson Andrew Bates stated, “It’s not a surprise that the same geniuses who attack President Biden for petting hero dogs and liking ice cream can’t count, but he has taken fewer vacation days than the modern average for presidents and works hard every day, wherever he is.”

Social media users mock Joe Biden's vacation

As news of Joe Biden's vacation spread on social media, users began mocking the president. One user wrote, "He has the most boring holidays as well. He just sits in a chair all day."

Another added, "Living the life he promised his voters."

The third commentator slammed, "Biden has not spent one hour leading this nation. He's been a puppet since taking office. Why does anyone think otherwise?"

"HR should be notified and he should lose his pay for exceeding his allotted time. Not to mention this was never a 10-4 job," one user mocked.

A person asked jokingly, "Isn't he also on vacation at the White House?"

Another stated, "He doesn't realize he is still the president."
