LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: On July 21, the political landscape was jolted by President Joe Biden’s announcement that he would not be pursuing reelection.

The news set off a wave of reactions across the political spectrum, but none were as emphatic as that of conservative commentator Candace Owens. She took to her YouTube channel to deliver a scathing critique of Biden’s decision, casting doubt on the authenticity of his departure from the presidential race.

Owens began her reaction by questioning the sincerity of Biden’s announcement. “That’s a really big announcement, but also, there’s a little piece of you that knows that all of this is a little fake and g*y, right?” she said, implying that the announcement was more about political theater than genuine change.

She continued, “We know that we are not being told the truth. We’ve been talking about his mental faculties for four years now.”

According to Owens, the announcement itself was a farce. “Yes, Biden made a statement,” she said.

“He tweeted this. By he tweeted this, I mean somebody else tweeted this. Biden has not been with us, he has not been conscious for four years. So he’s not writing any of this. He’s a lost Grandpa, it’s a senior citizen who has been on the mental decline.” Owens argued that Biden’s public persona is a mere facade.

Owens went further, drawing a parallel between the current political scenario and a drama. “We’re watching a play,” she said, likening the situation to the popular television series 'House of Cards.'

Candace Owens claims Biden’s departure is part of pre-planned democratic strategy

Candace Owens is convinced that Biden’s departure is part of a larger, pre-planned strategy orchestrated by the Democrats. “This is now all just a performance,” Owens asserted. “Everybody knew that Joe Biden has been in steep mental decline since before he even announced that he was running. He was just installed in 2020.”

In her view, the Democrats planned to use Biden as a temporary figurehead until they could maneuver a more suitable candidate into position. “People just don’t like Kamala across the board,” Owens claimed, addressing the potential next steps for the Democratic Party.

“Democrats are not fond of her. Black America is not fond of her.” She described Kamala Harris as “extremely condescending and patronizing” and noted the friction between Harris and Biden’s teams as evidence of a larger, performative strategy. “So everything you’re seeing again is performative,” Owens concluded.
