Chelsea Handler calls out Joe Rogan's $82M salary: 'Give that to our vets or children'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Chelsea Handler did not mince her words while calling out Joe Rogan after his salary was revealed. The podcaster is ranked at the top of Forbes's list of the Highest-Paid Podcasters of 2026.
It was shared on the publication’s Instagram page, which also reported that he’s getting an $82 million salary as host of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, which was launched in 2009.

But Handler could not digest it as she asked below the post, “WHO IS PAYING JOE ROGAN 82 million?”
“Give that to our vets, or our children!!! 82 million to be completely uninformed and say ‘whoopsie doodle,’ every time he’s wrong, which is FREQUENT?” she commented.
Considered an infamous personality, Rogan has found himself embroiled in controversies several times, like for spreading unverified claims about the Covid-19 pandemic and minimizing significance of vaccines.

Also in early 2022, the sports commentator, 58, had to issue an apology after singer India Arie blasted him for saying the N-word over a dozen times.
At the time, he had said, “I know that to most people, there is no context where a white person is ever allowed to say that word, never mind publicly on a podcast. And I agree with that now. I haven't said it in years. But for a long time... instead of saying ‘the N-word,’ I would just say the word. I thought as long as it was in context, people would understand what I was doing.”
“It's not my word to use. I never used it to be racist, because I'm not racist, but whenever you're in a situation where you have to say "I'm not racist," you've f***ed up, and I clearly have f***ed up,” Rogan added.

However, Handler and Arie are not the only ones who have had problems with Rogan.
Neil Young had also expressed his displeasure with the former TV host and asked Spotify to remove his music from its platform.
“I want you to let Spotify know immediately today that I want all my music off their platform. They can have (Joe) Rogan or Young. Not both,” the Rock legend said a few years ago.
The music streaming site responded, saying, “We want all the world’s music and audio content to be available to Spotify users. With that comes great responsibility in balancing both safety for listeners and freedom for creators. We regret Neil’s decision to remove his music from Spotify, but hope to welcome him back soon.”
