Christina Hall lists her Tennessee home for $4.5M where ex Josh Hall still resides

ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: Christina Hall has brought up new trouble for her ex Josh Hall as she has listed her Tennessee home, where Hall still resides, for sale.

The television personality took to her Instagram Story on Thursday, October 3, to share that she was selling her farmhouse in Leiper's Fork for $4.5 million, according to Fox News.

Christina Hall wrote on the story while sharing the picture of the house, "My Tennessee home is officially for sale. Excited for a new venture in business & real estate!" It is the same house where she films her HGTV series 'Christina in the Country.'

The TV personality purchased the farmhouse in February 2021 before meeting Josh. She listed the house as a "Separate Property Interest" in court documents that she filed in July, along with other assets, including her Newport Beach, California, home and another property in Tennessee.

She earlier mentioned that she used the farmhouse as a rental property when she was not staying there. The former couple agreed that Josh could stay at the house unless it was being rented out, according to a legal document that was filed in September and obtained by People magazine.

She also wrote in a follow-up post on her Instagram Story, "I guess 'Leiper's Fork' is gonna have to come off the bio soon." It seemed as if she was referring to Josh's Instagram bio, where he lists 'Leiper's Fork' as his current location.

She added in the story, "Time to go back to reality soon... Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog? I guess plans changed."

She went on to conclude, "All about trying to take everything you can... With your mind on my money and my money on your mind..."

Christina Hall's subtle jab at ex Josh Hall for 'stealing'

The stealing allegation seemed to be referred to Christina Hall accusing Josh Hall of transferring $35,000 of her money into his personal bank account on July 8 after their divorce filing, per court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

She stated in the document, "I would not have asked him to send himself my money the day after I told him we are getting divorced."

She went on to slam Josh in another Instagram story saying, "And yes, this is stealing from me and my family. Asking for an obscene amount of $$ from me for a short-term marriage is factual."

She added, "Stealing rental income for two of my sole properties and separate homes is factual (booking a cleaner does not make you a property manager) I have one who gets a % for her actual work of being a property manager."

Christina Hall replies to men who sent letters to her after divorce

Christina Hall expressed her thoughts on the men reaching out to her with various propositions and also posted a public service announcement for them in August, per Heavy.

She wrote on her Instagram story, "Dear fellow realtors – please stop mailing and dropping expensive packets, I am not listing my home… But if I were to list it, I would list it myself as I am a real estate agent."

Christina also talked about a potential fourth failed marriage, saying, "Dear men. Your handwritten/typed letters are cute but no you will not be my fourth ex-husband."
