LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Christine Quinn's estranged husband Christian Richard has now requested a restraining order against her after he got arrested last week for an "assault with a deadly weapon" incident, involving Quinn and their toddler son

Richard now claims the argument started when the 'Selling Sunset' star's dogs urinated on his possessions, accusing Quinn of fabricating stories to defame him, according to Daily Mail.

Christian Richard wants the court to order Christine Quinn to stay 100 yards away from him

Richard had previously been accused of throwing a bag containing a glass bottle at Quinn, which allegedly missed, and hurt their son instead. Richard has vehemently denied these allegations.

In the court documents, according to Blast, he pointed out "a citation was issued for my appearance in court on April 10, 2024, based on false. allegations of DV [Domestic Violence]."

He requested that his estranged wife must not "Harass, attack, strike, threaten, assault, hit, follow, stalk, molest, destroy personal property, keep under surveillance, impersonate, block movements, annoy by phone or other electronic means or disturb the peace."

Moreover, Richard wants Quinn to move out of their Los Angeles home, avoid making changes to his insurance coverage, and "not borrow against, sell, hide, or get rid of or destroy any possessions," according to the outlet.

Christian Richard says an argument erupted over Christine Quinn's untrained dogs

Detailing the events, Richard said that an argument broke out about Quinn's two dogs which she refused to train, urinating on his possessions while also denying had not hit their son, TMZ reported.

The dogs had "urinated all over some valuable belongings of his" even when he had blocked the area for them.

To confront Quinn about it, Richard said he found her in their bedroom with cleaning supplies and other items "strewn about all over," which made him angry.

In frustration, he said he picked up the trash bag "full of soiled rags and paper towels, and threw it against the wall in frustration."

Following this, he tried to take his son away from the chaos, but Quinn didn't let him and instead "holed up in another room in the house."

Christian Richard says Christine Quinn wants to 'embarrass him'

Richard said that Quinn filed a "false police report" and "fabricated the DV" allegations to gain the upper hand in the divorce and custody battle.

Richard said Quinn wanted to "embarrass him" which is why she called the police. The judge has yet to approve a Temporary Restraining Order request.

The development comes as according to reports Quinn was planning to file a divorce.

He stated in the filing that he just had time to put on his bathrobe before leaving without even trying to gather his possessions on Tuesday, March 19 when he was arrested.

Outside, paparazzi photographers captured the action and uploaded the pictures on the internet.

After posting bail, he was unexpectedly detained again on Wednesday, March 20, for violating Quinn's emergency restraining order issued by the police by going to their residence.
