LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Former 'Selling Sunset' star Christine Quinn is reportedly planning to divorce her husband Christian Richard Dumontet.

According to Us Weekly, Quinn is planning on filing for divorce as a source told the outlet, “Christine Quinn is planning on leaving Christian. She’s planning on filing for divorce.”
This news comes after Richard was arrested for the second time on Wednesday night, March 20, for defying a restraining order.
He was previously arrested on Tuesday, March 19, for alleged domestic assault with a deadly weapon.

PageSix reported that Richard threw a bag containing a glass bottle at Quinn which missed her but hit their three-year-old son, causing injury.
TMZ reported they had a "verbal argument" too and that the child landed in the hospital emergency room after ambulances were called to the scene.
Photographs showed Christian handcuffed in a bathrobe and barefoot with police taking him away on Tuesday, March 19.
Christian Richard Dumontet's second arrest
The visit on Wednesday night, March 20, landed him back in jail just hours after he was released after he went to the home he shared with Quinn and their three-year-old son near the Hollywood Hills.
This violated a week-long emergency protective order that Quinn was granted after an alleged violent episode occurred on Tuesday afternoon, March 19.
A Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson confirmed to Daily Beast that Richard was booked on a charge of violating an emergency protective order.
Quinn and her son, who is named after his father, were not at the house when Richard showed up just before 11 pm Wednesday, March 20. They are reportedly being kept at a “safe location” elsewhere.

PageSix earlier reported that the couple’s home was swarmed by officers who arrived with guns drawn.
An eyewitness reportedly told the outlet they overheard police say, “Come out with your hands up.” The report said a “building search" was also conducted to determine any active threat.
Dumontet, 45, posted a $30,000 bail for a second time on Thursday morning, March 21, police said. The protective order for Quinn remains active.
Quinn and Richard, who have been married since 2019, had their elaborate wedding documented on 'Selling Sunset.' Quinn left the show in 2022 to work alongside her businessman husband.
