Briney and Fallon's conversation strayed onto tidbits about their past work experiences. The actor shared, "I was at Trader Joe's," as Fallon quipped, "Ooh, that's high-end!"

Briney then asked about Fallon's workplace, to which the host responded, "I was at a place called Great American. Doesn't exist anymore, but I was a good bag boy. People would request me."

The actor expressed surprise, asking, "Would they really?" Fallon confirmed, "Yeah. They're like, 'Yeah, get that Jimmy over. He's good. He's really good.' 'He's gonna be big.'"

"Eggs on top. I know how it works," he added as peels of laughter rose from the audience.

Briney acknowledged, "Yeah, I did work at Staples for like three years," and agreed when Fallon suggested that Trader Joe's was a better place to work at.

Briney explained the difference, stating, "There's a good environment at Trader Joe's. I think if any of you have been there, you might agree."

He described Trader Joe's as a lively place, saying, "Yeah. It's like a party. There's always, like, a line to get in. You get in. It's like a club."

They shared a humorous moment about the upbeat atmosphere at Trader Joe's, with Briney saying, "They pipe in ketamine through the vents. Everybody's in a good mood."

Briney contrasted this with Staples, highlighting the challenges of working at a big company.

He mentioned the pressure to meet sales targets and the less enjoyable atmosphere, stating, "It's tough. You're not there because it's, like, kind of fun. You're going there because 'Hey, we need printer ink.' And you're bummed out and they have the office lighting, kind of."

Fans quip Briney might not be 'doing commercials for Staples'

Briney's humorous insights, particularly regarding the lively atmosphere at Trader Joe's, resonated with netizens, earning him compliments for his entertaining storytelling.

A viewer commented, "Such a polite, kind, well raised and beautiful man, he deserves everything!"

Another comment read, "Chris's sense of humor is so funny he's so passive aggressive about it and he silently disses everyone but it's absolutely hilarious."

"Chris Briney getting the recognition he deserves," someone else said.
