Coco Jones and Donovan Mitchell share first official photo from newlywed life days after marriage
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Coco Jones finally tied the knot with longtime boyfriend Donovan Mitchell less than a week ago. News of the marriage surfaced after the wedding dance video of the Grammy-winning artist and the Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard went viral on social media.
While the couple is yet to share any post or video from their special day, they have offered the first official glimpse into their newlywed life via now-deleted Instagram stories.
For those unaware, Jones and Mitchell reportedly started dating in 2023 after meeting at Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin's Fourth of July Annual White party.

As per the couple's now-deleted Instagram story, the pair appeared to be enjoying their honeymoon phase. It was Mitchell who gave fans a sneak-peak of his married life with a photo that captured him and Jones showing off their wedding rings.
The setting suggested that the duo may be inside a private jet, with white balloons in the background reading "Just Married." Undoubtedly, that is one of the best ways to show fans that they have found their forever.

He also tagged the location as St. Tropez, giving a major hint that the newlyweds might kick off their romantic gateway in the French coastal town. As soon as the image was posted, social media congratulated the couple again.
Jones later took to her own Instagram to share a video of J. Cole congratulating the pair on their marriage during his concert. Meanwhile, in another video, Mitchell was seen vibing to a snippet of an upcoming song Jones teased earlier this year.

Coco Jones and Donovan Mitchell's marriage and love story
The couple said 'I do' on August 1 in front of friends and family. Keeping their wedding ceremony and love life mostly private, the pair made sure they were always away from paparazzi but never stopped giving updates when it was necessary.
As soon as they got married, former basketball player Troy Payne shared a video from the ceremony. Complex Sports also shared clip of the happy couple dancing during the celebrations. The video, which went viral, highlighted the newly married showing their moves in their white wedding outfits.
Jones wore a fish-cut off shoulder gown and a short transparent veil. Meanwhile, Mitchell opted for white tuxedo and white tie instead of a bow.
While Jones and Mitchell mostly kept their relationship low-profile, the former shared a special photo from their engagement in July 2025, after nearly two years of dating.
"After an amazing season and a sold-out tour, Donovan Mitchell and Coco Jones took a moment to recharge on vacation, which turned it into a beautiful engagement," a representative told People at the time.
"The couple has been dating for two years and look forward to building a life together," they added.
