WINTER PARK, FLORIDA: A youth soccer game on Saturday, October 24, took an unexpected turn after a three-year-old named Nevada reportedly scored goal after goal and ran past other players, leading to a dispute that brought police to the field.

The incident involved an i9 Sports youth soccer program, where a league organizer called the Winter Park Police Department over a reported disturbance involving the child's parents.

The parents were asked to leave and offered a refund for the league fees. However, police later clarified that the situation was a civil matter, with no arrests made and no one forced to leave the park.

Nevada reportedly stood out during the game, scoring goal after goal and running past other children who were trying to stop him. But the game took a different turn when the child was taken out.

An organizer from the i9 Sports program contacted police to report a child's parent being disruptive. The disagreement reportedly centered on the decision to remove Nevada from the game after he had been playing well.

The league asked the family to leave and offered to refund their fees. The incident then drew police attention, although officers later said the family was cooperative and that the matter did not involve a criminal offense.

The Winter Park Police Department also provided details about the incident, confirming that a soccer league official had contacted officers over a reported “disturbance between league officials and the parents of a player.”

According to the department, the league had requested that the family leave and offered to refund the cost of participation. After officers arrived, the league official asked them to speak with the family because he did not want to further the disturbance.

“The family stated the game was over and they were leaving,” the police statement said.

Police said the family was cooperative and described the situation as a civil matter rather than a criminal one. The department also clarified that no arrests were made, no trespass had occurred, and nobody was forced to leave the park.
