“I thought we were talking football,” he responded when a reporter questioned him on Thursday, October 10.

He went on to say, “It’s crazy the coverage it got, just being frank. Trying to keep my personal life my personal life, build a home or a place or have a property that I’m about to raise a daughter and a family there. Why was Dak Prescott's $3 million mansion demolished?

TMZ reported that the demolition was intentional, with a witness stating that the 31-year-old had informed his neighbors about his plans to tear down the existing structure. Prescott intends to replace it with a modern home better suited to his current lifestyle.

Prescott and his girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos, watched from a safe distance as a bulldozer tore down the property.
