WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump and first lady Melania looked a sight to behold as they stepped out hand-in-hand for a rare red carpet appearance for the opening-night performance of 'Les Misérables' at the John F Kennedy Center on Wednesday, June 11.

For the dazzling night, the 55-year-old Melania, who has kept a low profile in recent months, opted for a form-fitting one-shouldered black gown, featuring sculptural gold buckle details at the shoulder and waist.

The first lady added a glamorous bend to her minimalist look by pairing her gown with dazzling silver pointed-toe stilettos and wearing her caramel-toned hair loose in a polished wave, according to Hello Magazine.

She kept her makeup look subtle yet glowing for the event, with her signature smoky eye and a glossy nude lip.

Complementing Melania’s elegant look, the POTUS looked every inch the statesman in a conventional black tuxedo, complete with a white pleated shirt and matching bow tie.

He appeared relaxed and content as he escorted Melania through the venue, the couple’s interlocked hands conveying unity and shared confidence.
