Donald Trump Jr’s true feelings on ex-wife Vanessa dating Tiger Woods revealed
WASHINGTON, DC: Donald Trump Jr is supportive of his ex-wife Vanessa Trump's relationship with golf legend Tiger Woods, Page Six reported on Friday, March 14.
The 47-year-old eldest son of President Donald Trump was married to Vanessa, also 47, for 13 years from 2005 to 2018. They share and co-parent five children, including Kai, 17, Donald III, 16, Tristan, 13, Spencer, 12, and Chloe, 10.
On the other hand, Woods shares two children, daughter Sam and son Charlie, with his former wife, Elin Nordegren.
How Donald Trump Jr feels about ex-wife Vanessa's new relationship
A source close to the Trump family told People magazine that 49-year-old Tiger Woods has been quietly dating Vanessa Trump for several months. The latter's ex-husband Donald Trump Jr was apparently "cool" with them being together.
Speaking with Page Six, another source shared a similar take, noting that Don Jr approves of the new couple.
“He also knows that his father respects Tiger and how well they get along, so he’s fully supportive,” they added. “Don has obviously dated other people since their split so as long as Tiger treats Vanessa and their kids with respect, he’s good with it," the source further said.
Woods was invited by President Trump to the White House in February for the celebration of Black History Month. He appeared wearing the Presidential Medal of Freedom that Trump had awarded him during his first term in the Oval Office.
Vanessa Trump and Tiger Woods' relationship slowly turning serious
Earlier this week, a source reportedly told Page Six that the relationship between Vanessa and Tiger Woods is "not too serious" at the moment. However, it seems to be "heading in that direction."
The duo reportedly started out as friends before they started dating. The reports of their relationship surfaced as Woods was having a rough start to 2025, losing his mother, Kutilda Woods, 81, on February 4, and rupturing his Achilles tendon earlier in March.
"They have a lot in common. They’ve both gotten used to public scrutiny. They both know how to keep their private life private. They’re both parents,” explained the source.
"They’re a good match; they’re level-headed, they like to avoid drama, they share a lot of the same values,” they added, claiming that Woods has previously "tried to date girls who just weren’t right for him".
Vanessa’s daughter Kai, a competitive golfer, goes to the same Florida school as Woods’ teenage children, Charlie, who is also a golfer, and Sam.
Last month, Kai and Vanessa attended the Genesis Invitational, which is hosted by Woods, in San Diego, California. Woods was seen walking with Kai during the tournament while Vanessa walked behind them.
