LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In a recent Fox News segment, host Jesse Watters made a bold prediction about former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, suggesting that she would soon endorse former President Donald Trump after ending her presidential run.

While Watters laid out his reasoning for this projection, social media exploded with mixed reactions, with some expressing distrust and skepticism towards Haley.

“I am going to predict that in a couple of weeks you are going to see Nikki Haley down at Mar-a-Lago with her thumbs up. Because that's how this always ends. You do the pilgrimage, whether it's McCarthy, Musk, DeSantis, they always wind up down at Mar-a-Lago, standing next to the big guy, and that's how you have to unify the country," Watters asserted.

Watters raises crucial question: What does Nikki Haley want?

Speculation surrounds the potential negotiations for her endorsement, suggesting that it may not come without a price. Watters explored possible incentives, such as a spot on the ticket or a prestigious role like Secretary of State, emphasizing the need for strategic calculations.

“Does she want to be on the ticket? Does she want Secretary of State? Do you need to even give her either of those things? And so you have to calculate, who are Nikki Haley's voters? You discard the Democrats. You discard the Never-Trumpers, so what are you left with? You're left with traditional Republicans, modern Republicans, or your more urban, college-educated Republicans. And you have to grab them," Watters explained.

Watters acknowledged the delicate balance Trump must strike in bringing Haley into the fold while also emphasizing the leverage she currently holds. He suggested that given her potential influence over a certain voter demographic, Trump must negotiate her endorsement wisely.

"Donald Trump, when he was running in '16, laid everybody out and then stomped on their graves. Because he was running as an outsider. Now he's running as a former incumbent. He's got to be the big tent guy, so he's got to bring Nikki in with class. And I expect him to do that," Watters concluded.

Social Media erupts over Jesse Watters prediction

However, not everyone in the online community shares Watters' optimism about a potential Haley endorsement. Social media responses reveal a deep-seated mistrust and outright rejection of the idea.

One user bluntly stated, "Don't trust her!"

While another popular hashtag emerged: "#NEVERNIKKI."

Commenters expressed strong reservations about Haley joining Trump's team, with one emphatically saying, "Nicki doesn't deserve any place on Trump's team. Sorry but it's a big NO."

One user questioned her suitability, stating, "Personally, I don't think it's even wise to give her anything. She would have to have a monumental attitude shift. I don't think she has it in her."

One commented, “No freaking way!!! Never Nikki!!! NEVER!!!!”
