'DWTS' fans blast Brooks Nader's partner Gleb Savchenko over viral eye-rolling reaction to judges' score

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘Dancing With The Stars’ viewers are not happy with choreographer Gleb Savchenko’s reactions after receiving sevens for his performance with partner Brooks Nader during the “Soul Train Night” episode of season 33. 

As the 41-year-old Russian dancer and his 28-year-old model dance partner grooved to Marvin Gaye’s ‘Sexual Healing’ for their rumba, the couple seemed to fail to leave a mark on the judges, getting a total of 28 out of 40, per Heavy.

However, the score did not impress Gleb, whose reactions to the judges’ scores have since then taken the Internet by storm.

Following their cozy performance on October 7, as the scoring time came, the dancing couple received a total of 28 points out of 40. 

Gleb, left unimpressed by the scores, was seen rolling his eyes at the total. The camera later panned on to him showing the dancer mouthing “whatever.” 

This was, however, not the only instance when Gleb voiced his displeasure regarding the scoring, as he later aired his grievances in another behind-the-scene video - shared by ‘DWTS’ on their Instagram Story. 

In the clip, the Russian dancer, with Brooks by his side, can be seen complaining about the scoring, declaring, “I’m not agreeing with the judges’ comments.” The clip was later shared on the show's Sub-Reddit as well.

He further added that he was angry at receiving sevens instead of eights from the judges including Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and guest judge Rosie Perez. 

Soon, Gleb’s eye-rolling moment went viral, and fans criticized the dancer for his attitude. 

Gleb and Brooks have previously been called out for their “showmance” and their apparent attempt to hard launch their showmance on stage.

Gleb Savchenko rolling his eyes at the mediocre score, meanwhile, did not go unnoticed by the netizens as they criticized the choreographer for his behavior. 

One of the social media users called out, "I’m sorry but Gleb rolling his eyes at the score & saying whatever buddy that was your choreo you made that like the attitude just annoyed me more & I hope him & Brooks are one of the ones gone tomorrow #dwts."

Someone else slammed the dancer for mouthing "whatever," writing, "Naaauuuuurrr, Gleb rolling his eyes and mouthing “whatever” at the scores rubs me the wrong way. Sorry but the scores were appropriate #dwts."

"Gleb rolling his eyes like they deserved those points. Sir, you are bringing a stripper pole to the dance floor tomorrow . Let's not be brave," wrote another fan of the celebrity dance reality show.

Another fan reminded him, "Of course Gleb, we all seen your little eye-roll with the whatever. #DWTS."

"Not a fan of Gleb. He's too arrogant," declared another unimpressed fan of 'DWTS'.

As Gleb and Brooks are often accused of engaging in a showmance, another user slammed, "Gleb’s eyeroll and “whatever” pisses me off. Maybe if you stopped milking your showmance and put some effort into teaching her you’d get better scores babes. Brooks could be really good if she had a better partner #DWTS."

"Whatever and an eye roll Gleb? That’s what we’re doing now? #DWTS," condemned someone else, who has been left displeased of the behavior.

Another fan warned, "Gleb!!!! Stop rolling your eyes when YOU ARENT DOING YOUR JOB!!!!! You can’t get mad that the judges are critiquing you. This is #DWTS the bachelor is on a different night #ByeByeBrooks."

Redditors also flocked to the show's sub-Reddit where they criticized the dancer duo's underwhelming performance and Gleb's condescending reactions afterwards. 

"IMO there were a few couples underscored tonight, but you don’t see the others rolling their eyes and making a big deal about it," said one user.

Another user noted thoughtfully on Reddit, "I think if they added more choreography at the beginning they could have potentially got that 8888 that he wants."
