The X post originated with a user who wrote, “‼️BREAKING: Erika Kirk Announces $25,000 A Seat UVU ‘Anniversary Speech’ That Bibi Netanyahu Is Scheduled To Attend. 👀”
The post claimed that Erika Kirk “has announced a $25,000-a-ticket ‘Kirk anniversary speech’ on the Utah Valley University courtyard where Charlie was killed almost one year ago.”
The post also claimed that the event was “under the guise of a memorial” but alleged that Erika had found “an ancient Vatican vault spell” that could resurrect Charlie Kirk. It said the ritual would require her to stand in the exact spot, gather “the rifle, the bullet, his favorite child, and a Palestinian flag,” and recite magic words so “Charlie might walk back onstage.”
The post further claimed, “The grief-industrial complex is not even hiding the merch table anymore. That is not mourning. That is a product launch with holy water and a price list.” It alleged that on September 10, the UVU courtyard would become “a ticketed séance” and claimed that Benjamin Netanyahu had “reportedly RSVP’d to attend just to ‘make sure things go smoothly’ and to be first in line for front row seats.”
The post added that Netanyahu would be there “just incase his dear friend does comes back” and would be “there to kill him again.” It concluded by mocking the alleged event, saying, “Charlie debated in the open and never charged twenty-five grand to watch him do it.”
The post described the alleged memorial as “paid seats, a resurrection spell, and Bibi on standby” and said, “The courtyard is not a stage for necromancy. It is a crime scene.”
Fact Check: False; the claim originated from a satire
The claim is false and comes from an explicit satire post. No credible reports mention $25,000 tickets, a high-priced speech by Erika Kirk at the location, a resurrection ritual, or Benjamin Netanyahu’s involvement.
There is also no evidence that Erika announced a $25,000-per-seat event, a ticketed speech in the UVU courtyard, a Vatican spell, or a ritual involving a Palestinian flag.
No credible source reports that Netanyahu RSVP’d to the event. Searches of news reports, Turning Point USA (TPUSA) announcements, and other coverage show only the real memorial event. The satirical post and follow-up posts from the account also identify the content as satire.
A real TPUSA memorial event will take place on September 10, 2026, titled “Freedom Built to Last: Honoring Charlie Kirk.”
The event is scheduled for 6:30 pm, with doors opening at 4 pm, at the UCCU Center, an arena on the UVU campus. The venue is a short walk from the courtyard where Kirk was killed. The event is not a paid speech by Erika Kirk in the courtyard.
Confirmed speakers include Glenn Beck, Frank Turek, and TPUSA staff members. Attendees must register in advance, and admission uses AXS tickets on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to capacity. Organizers also plan to livestream the event.
