The post alleges that Bezos is lobbying Trump to eliminate the US Postal Service and shift everyday mail delivery to private carriers such as Amazon. 

The claim gained traction as USPS continues to face financial challenges and scrutiny following its reported $9 billion loss in fiscal year 2025. It also references Trump's past criticism of the Postal Service and his calls to reform the agency.
