The clip, shared across multiple platforms, has amassed significant engagement as viewers debate whether it captures a recent incident. Let's fact-check the claim.

Claim: Trump collapsed near the presidential limousine

Cartoonist Oliver Markus Malloy first shared the video on Friday evening, July 24, claiming it showed Trump tripping near a black SUV resembling the presidential limousine, "The Beast." The clip quickly spread online and fueled speculation about Trump's health.

The roughly 18-second shaky handheld video shows Trump, identifiable by his blond hair and dark suit, appearing to bend over or slump as a bald man in a dark suit, seemingly a Secret Service agent or aide, helps him into the vehicle. The camera pans and zooms slightly while Trump lowers himself.

The video also sparked debate online, with many users questioning whether it was real. One user asked, "Is it real? Is it Trump who collapsed?" Another commented, "Is this an authentic video?" while a third claimed, "This is AI-generated."

Although social media users have shared the footage as evidence that Trump fell or collapsed, here's what the facts show.

Fact Check: False, the video is AI-generated

The claim that the viral video shows President Donald Trump recently falling or collapsing is false. The footage is AI-generated or heavily manipulated and does not depict a real incident.

Multiple independent analyses, including AI detection tools, identified the clip as highly likely to have been created or altered using generative AI. 

They pointed to visual artifacts, unnatural body movements, glitches around the people and vehicle, and other inconsistencies that indicate the video is not authentic.

Additionally, no credible news organization, whether mainstream or conservative, reported Trump collapsing near the presidential limousine on or around July 24, 2026.

Instead, the viral clip appears to recycle or imitate elements from older footage, including a November 2025 video showing Trump looking fatigued while entering a vehicle after arriving on Air Force One in Palm Beach. However, the dramatic "collapse" shown in the viral video is fabricated.

The version shared by X user @malloyrocksX also includes a Grim Reaper graphic overlaid on the footage, reinforcing its satirical or meme-like presentation.

Similar versions circulated widely on X with sensational captions claiming Trump had collapsed into a limousine, but fact-checkers and AI detection analyses have repeatedly identified them as manipulated content.
