NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News host Larry Kudlow shocked fellow panelists on the Monday, December 9 episode of 'Outnumbered', by claiming President-elect Donald Trump and outgoing first lady Jill Biden were engaged in “heavy-duty petting” in Paris over the weekend.

Trump and incumbent Joe Biden were both invited to the reopening ceremony of the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris on Saturday. While the POTUS could not attend the event because of a scheduling conflict and the First Lady went in his stead, it marked the first international trip for Trump after he decisively won the White House for a second term.

Larry Kudlow's suggestive comments about Donald Trump and Jill Biden

At the cathedral, Donald Trump and Jill Biden were seated close together and appeared cordial with one another. According to Mediaite, they even exchanged friendly words, but Larry Ludlow considered it to be something else.

“Look, all those bad statements she made (about Trump) was before Kamala became the candidate. And I just wanted to go back inside the church for a minute, Molly. Take a careful look at that. That wasn’t nice conversation, that was outright flirtation,” he said on the show.

"Oh my goodness!” exclaimed co-panelist Harris Faulkner, but Ludlow paid no attention as he quipped, "That was almost heavy-duty petting!”

The comment made those in the studio gasp, as someone off camera reportedly cried, "Oh me God!"

Faulkner later claimed Jill Biden "is gravitating toward power, and the shiniest object in the room at that moment, the one with the really good lighting, Molly, is Donald Trump. So she goes over and she kind of soaks that lighting up.”

Kudlow snatches the opportunity to explain himself, saying, "This fondness for power is what I metaphorically called heavy-duty petting!”

Internet slams Fox News hosts for their comments

Netizens were not appreciative of the comments made by Larry Kudlow and Harris Faulkner, as their comments suggest on the Mediaite website. The following tweets demonstrate their takes.

"They were both just being civil to one another. Tone it down," wrote a person.

"Republicans are just repulsive," slammed another.

"There is a reason why Fox has to spend half their budget on sexual harassment settlements," jibed another.

"Right wingers have so much brain rot that they see a woman being polite to Trump and their mind goes to weird fantasies," noted one user.

"Wow, these guys really do live in their very own realm of reality," chided someone else.
