ARLINGTON, TEXAS: Arlington police, who were previously looking for a group of people who beat a 51-year-old man to death in the parking lot of an apartment complex, have now announced the arrests of three people in relation to the crime.

The victim was dropping off a co-worker when he was attacked by the three suspects.

Who are the accused in Frank Kwasnica's killing? 

According to Fox News, a witness recognized one of the suspects and went to the police.

On Wednesday, January 31, the victim's family received a call from Arlington police that the suspects were in custody. Police said that the three suspects are now facing capital murder charges and have been accused of brutally beating 51-year-old Frank Kwasnica to death on January 19.

Detectives obtained cell phone video of 22-year-old Brayan Vasquez, 29-year-old Jared Vasquez, and 20-year-old Norlan Gomez-Torres coordinating the assault at an Arlington apartment complex near East Pioneer Parkway and Matlock Road.

However, the motive for the killing is still unclear, according to homicide detectives.

Arlington PD Detective Krystallyne Robinson said, "What we think is that this was over a car accident that could’ve occurred. I can’t be 100% positive about that. Based on our investigation, that’s what we think."

After working his shift at a Sam's Club in Grand Prairie, Kwasnica traveled to the Arlington apartment complex. According to the police, the suspects battered Kwasnica with big objects after getting out of a black F-150.

After that, at least one of the suspects drove Kwasnica's Ford Mustang away from the site and dumped it a short distance away. It was Kwasnica's daughter who discovered her father's abandoned Mustang.

According to the police, Gomez-Torres's phone was in the rear.

An arrest warrant document FOX 4 acquired on Thursday also states that Brayan Vasquez lived at the complex and had a black F-150, according to a witness who came forward to police. A neighbor told FOX 4 that they heard alarming sounds that evening. "I heard a lot of screaming and he came out on the balcony and rushed out there. He was screaming at someone and he rushed down the stairs," they said. "I heard like later, like a metal pipe dragging or something like that. Sounded like a metal pipe kinda."

During a search of Vasquez’s vacated apartment, a bloody shirt was found also with his Honduras ID. Gomez-Torres was recognized by the Department of Homeland Security, which notified Arlington police Gomez-Torres already interacted with him last year; he was born in Honduras.

The brothers were arrested after being pulled over on Wednesday. According to authorities, both admitted to the murder. The Tarrant County Jail is home to all three of the suspects.

Frank's daughter told the portal, "My daddy Frank was one of a kind. The best daddy anybody could ever ask for… He didn't deserve this... We loved him dearly."
