"We have a guest who is on drugs and is destroying the whole room, so we need someone to come," the hotel manager told police in the emergency call.

He further added, "When he is conscious, he is destroying the entire room, and we need you to send someone."

The manager also expressed concern for Payne's safety, noting that the singer’s room had a balcony, further elevating fears of danger.

As per Fox 59, Alberto Crescenti, who leads the state emergency medical system, confirmed during an interview on Argentina’s Todo Noticias TV channel that Payne fell into the courtyard of the Casa Sur Hotel in the popular Palermo district of Buenos Aires.
