Later, Clark admitted the meeting left a lasting impression.
"It was obviously super cool," she told reporters. "He just complimented me for the way that I handle everything, obviously with everything that's been going on." She added that Obama's perspective resonated because of the immense public attention he himself experienced during his presidency. "He's somebody that has been in front of the media quite a bit and he reminded me, 'When I got famous in my 40s, I didn't have to do it in my 20s.'" For Clark, the conversation was one she expects to remember for years. "It's a moment I'll probably remember for the rest of my life," she said.
