Kylie Jenner makes surprise runway appearance at Victoria's Secret Fashion Show with the world's most expensive lingerie item

The youngest Kardashian-Jenner sister left everyone surprised as she walked the runway at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Sunday, October 18. Jenner took the stage wearing one of the brand’s most iconic lingerie items, a $50 million Fantasy Bra, which is also being considered the most expensive lingerie garment in the world at the moment. The reality TV star paired her outfit with iconic Victoria’s Secret feather wings.

As per Vogue, the garment worn by Jenner has an estimated valuation of $50 million. Per jeweler Jacob Arabo of Jacob & Co., a yellow diamond placed at the center of the piece alone costs $22 million. Additionally, the garment also features more than 4,400 more diamonds in “every cut to exist,” including round, oval, heart, pear and marquise. According to Page Six, the inspiration behind the look this year was derived from Jacob & Co.’s Rare Touch Jewelry Collection, which “explores how precious metal can be shaped to move with the body like fabric.”

Vogue reported that more than 15 craftspeople worked on Jenner’s Victoria’s Secret garment for over 1000 hours. Speaking about the ultra-luxury lingerie item, Adam Selman, chief creative officer at Victoria’s Secret, said “A big idea for the show was fandomonium.” He continued, “And the Fantasy Bra was one of the things that was requested the most from last year’s show. So we thought, OK, how do we do this in a really fun, excessive way? Because that’s what it is: a truly excessive piece of jewelry and artistry. It’s almost museum quality.”

Jenner received complete support from her family during her runway appearance. Her boyfriend Timothee Chalamet and mother Kris Jenner, alongside her longtime partner, Corey Gamble, clapped and cheered for the ‘KUWTK’ alum as she made a stunning entrance and walked the runway. Victoria’s Secret’s Selman said the brand decided to select Jenner to model the garment because she is a “cultural powerhouse.”

Speaking about choosing Jenner, Selman said, “Kylie really extends beyond fashion, beyond culture, beyond TV, beyond one singular thing.” He added, “That’s the exact same thing that we do. Like, the show is so big, it’s true entertainment, and I think that she is a great catalyst for that.” Selman continued, “She’s really created her own culture, which—how many people can say that? I think it’s an interesting pairing that we’re giving the fans: we’re giving them what they want with this amazing Fantasy Bra, and we’re going to put it on an unexpected talent who has a massive following and massive cultural impact”
