Hayden Panettiere's ex Brian Hickerson breaks silence after her death as police find 'no foul play'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Hayden Panettiere's ex Brian Hickerson, who was in an on-and-off relationship with the late actress, has broken his silence following her death on August 16.
Hickerson, as well as his brother Zach, were present inside the same South Carolina apartment when Panettiere died. She was 36.

Now, his attorney, Sloan Ellis from the Ellis Hinton law firm, told TMZ that “Hayden's death remains under investigation and it is important to allow that investigation to proceed. As has been publicly reported, police confirmed there were no signs of foul play.”
“Out of respect for Hayden's loved ones and the ongoing investigation, there will be no further comment at this time,” Ellis added.

The 'Nashville' star's death was announced by her father, Skip Panettiere.
He said in a statement, “It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of our beloved Hayden. She was an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her — and to the millions who watched her onscreen.”

Later, a spokesperson for the Greenville Police Department issued a statement, claiming, “The preliminary investigation has not indicated any signs of foul play or suspicious circumstances. An acquaintance of Ms Panettiere placed the 911 call.”
The Greenville County Coroner's Office also revealed its findings. A statement read, “At autopsy, no signs of trauma were discovered that would have contributed to the death. The cause and manner of death remain pending further investigation and the completion of additional studies.”
“This investigation remains active and ongoing. No further details are available for release at this time,” it added.
Hayden Panettiere planned to celebrate her 37th birthday with her daughter
Panettiere died just a few days away from her 37th birthday, which she was planning to spend with her daughter, Kaya.
She shared her only child with her former partner and retired professional heavyweight boxer Wladimir Klitschko.
A Page Six report citing a source said Panettiere “was planning on spending the week of her birthday visiting her daughter in Germany. She was so excited to see her and was telling everyone how much she was looking forward to spending time with her."
Besides, the 'Heroes' star's hairstylist and close friend Erick Orellana added that she was “talking about how she wanted to take a vacation, and that she wanted to go and see her daughter. Her daughter was always her absolute priority. She loved her so much.”
