Internet amused as Snoop Dogg claims he refused $100M from racy website as his wife wouldn't 'allow' him

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rapper Snoop Dogg recently shared he was offered a $100 million offer from a racy website, but he had to decline it because of his wife.

During an Instagram Live series hosted by comedian and actor Slink Johnson, Snoop shared that he could have pocketed $100 million by just pulling “that thang out,” had it not been for his wife Shante Broadus.

Appearing on Slink Johnson’s Instagram Live series ‘Wake & Bake with Double S Express’ earlier this week, the multi-millionaire rapper shared, “They got at me when one of them little girls made like $20 million on there,” per Huffington Post.

Sharing the offer for him to appear on the website, Snoop said that they told him, “‘You could do about $100 million. All you gotta do is pull that thang out.’”

Per Parade, the net worth of the owner of Deathrow Records is $160 million. However, the multi-hyphenate star -- who has had several ventures including endorsements, and ownership of music labels among others -- could not accept the offer because of his wife.

His manager and wife Broadus, whom he married in 1997, did not approve of the idea. 

Snoop elaborated, “I’m like, I got a Black wife,” before adding, “Ain’t no way in the world she gonna allow me to go on there and pull that thang out for no amount of money.”

In 1997, Snoop married his highschool sweetheart. The couple share three children together - Corde, 29, and Cordell, 26, and daughter Cori, 24.

One of the fans commented on Facebook, "Well cheated a 181 times on her. You put that thang out then! Didn’t you?? RMAO good one!!"

However, another social media user said, "She sounds controlling. Protect our men."

Another fan quipped while commenting on Facebook, "This the first time in history snoop turned a 💰 down."

Someone else said, "Snoop was cheating on her for the longest and not getting a bag from it and she stuck by his side faithfully. She mine as well give him permission to do it at this point (sic)."

"Would he turn down if it was 300 mills," quizzed another netizen.

"I wouldve did it....All snoop will be doing is smoking," joked someone else.
