MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN: The Republican National Convention in Milwaukee erupted with energy on Day Two as former challengers of Donald Trump took center stage, delivering impassioned speeches under the theme of "Make America Safe Once Again."

However, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders stole the spotlight with her sharp wit and pointed remarks aimed at President Joe Biden and his administration.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders poked fun at Joe Biden amid discussions about his cognitive health, sharing a story from her time as White House press secretary.

"When I was President Trump’s White House Press Secretary, I got the chance to take my 4-year-old son up to 'Bring Your Kid to Work Day' — much like Jill drags Joe to 'Bring Your Husband to Work Day,'" joked the Arkansas Governor, eliciting laughter.

Sanders went on to describe how her young son "sidestepped the president, completely ignoring him in front of everyone, and ran straight into her arms."

She continued, "For my four-year-old son, the most powerful man in the world had nothing on my son," referring to her boss at the time — former President Donald Trump.

Reflecting on recent events, she expressed gratitude for what she described as divine protection over Trump, confidently proclaiming, "God spared Trump from that assassin because God is not finished with him yet. And he most certainly is not finished with America yet either."

With bold declarations and a call for the ex-POTUS' return to the White House, Sanders fervently asserted a vision of America under God's guidance, promising a nation "where freedom reigns and liberty will never die."

Donald Trump received a thunderous welcome at RNC

Donald Trump’s emotional return to the public eye came just two days after the attempt on his life. He suffered an injury to his right ear after 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire at the GOP nominee while he was speaking at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday, July 13.

Unfortunately, one of his ardent supporters, Corey Comperatore, a former fire chief, was killed while protecting his family, and two others were critically wounded during the assassination attempt.

On Monday, the first night of the RNC, Trump entered the Fiserv Forum to thunderous applause and cheers from his supporters as Lee Greenwood sang 'God Bless the USA'.

A visibly moved Trump soon took his seat to listen to remarks from various "everyday Americans," who passionately argued why he should return to the Oval Office.
