NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News host Laura Ingraham delivered an optimistic message to her audience on Thursday, December 21, asserting that conservatives were currently "really winning”.

In her address, she predicted a string of victories on various fronts, such as successfully countering attempts to prevent former President Donald Trump from appearing on the ballot in the 2024 election and opposing President Joe Biden's policy agenda.

Following this, Ingraham took to X (formerly Twitter) to share her take with her 4.6 million followers.

However, the internet took a brutal jab at the Fox News host and called her out for “lying” and “cheating”.

Laura Ingraham claims ‘we’re really winning’

Fox News host Laura Ingraham took to X and wrote, “LAURA: Yes, we are really winning.”

Her post featured a video of her monologue where she drew attention to President Joe Biden's low polling numbers during her show, citing a RealClearPolitics average that reflected a mere 40.6% approval rating.

She linked these numbers to challenges faced by the Biden administration in tackling issues such as inflation and a slower-than-anticipated adoption of electric vehicles by consumers.

In her opening monologue, Ingraham sarcastically affirmed that despite these struggles, conservatives were indeed "really winning.”

She said while playing a clip from the 1992 hit film ‘A League of their Own’, “The newspaper [Washington Post] that spent the past seven years trying to tear apart Donald Trump is beginning to see the writing on the wall. Now, the Colorado Supreme Court decision to strike him from the primary ballot was the bridge too far even for judicial activists.”

Ingraham continued, “Senior writer Ruth Marcus, considered one of the Washington Post’s most senior and really well respected writers put it bluntly: ‘The best outcome for the court and the country would be for an unanimous court to clear the way for Trump to run'.”

She further said, “Look. They know Trump is going to win the case through the Colorado Supreme Court and any other outcome would set a match to an already fraying national fabric.”

“I made that point last night. Even the uber liberal website, I love this, Slate says the case should be reversed 9-0. But, that is the only – the only latest, I think, of what will end up being a series of wins for America’s Constitution, for our prosperity, security, even for our culture,” she added.

Ingraham went on to criticize the Biden administration on various fronts, addressing concerns such as their initiatives to regulate gas stoves, the handling of child gender transitions, and the roles of officials like Sam Brinton and Rachel Levine.

She exclaimed, “Our ideas are better and their ideas are proven failures. Now, this is why Joe Biden, despite getting help from the richest sectors of society, is spiraling downward. After 1,066 long days in office, this is where Joe Biden sits in comparison to other US Presidents: Lower than all of them at 38.9%.”

“Now, no matter what they have done to try to convince people, for instance, that ‘Bidenomics’ is really working, listen to us, or that the border is secure, there’s no crisis here, or that Ukraine is right on the verge of winning, just give us another $50 billion or Trump is Hitler and never going to leave office if elected. None of it is working. None of it,” she said.

Ingraham also praised several Republican officeholders, highlighting their substantial achievements as opposed to what she perceived as "weakness."

She pointed to a robust lineup of leaders beyond Trump, adding, “Beyond Trump, our bench is very strong. Governors like Ron DeSantis, Kim Reynolds of Iowa, Glenn Youngkin in Virginia, Greg Abbott in Texas, Bill Lee in Tennessee. Kristi Noem, South Dakota. Tate Reeves in Mississippi, many more, that is a very strong bench with a real track record of success.”

She continued, “But who do the Democrats have? What, the squad, dine out on them? Newsom? He couldn’t beat Ron DeSantis in a debate. Kathy Hochul? Oh, J.B. Pritzker, he will try to buy his way into office. I will take those matchups any day of the week against any of our people in the future.”

Internet calls Laura Ingraham ‘cheater’

After Laura Ingraham shared her take on Joe Biden’s failures and claims of winning, many X users took a brutal jab at the host.

One person wrote, “Yep, you are winning at lying, cheating and making up stories.  You win,” and another said, “Laura Ingraham should be removed from Fox Entertainment.”

An X user simply slammed Ingraham, “Yes yes ….we  really  are  winning….your  viewers  get  to  hear  what  they  want  and  you  get  multi  million  dollar  paychecks  for  the  Murdochs….who  said  lying  be  wrong……hahhhhaaaaaa.  Winning!”

Another wrote, “So much winning you just be sick of it,” and one more called out Ingraham, “Really Horra? The horror of it all, the horror! 🧌”

“You are nuts plain and simple you spew constant lies you already cost Fox News billions you should be fired,” mocked another X user.
