LONDON, ENGLAND: Though Prince Harry was not present at Kate Middleton’s annual Christmas carol concert, the Duke of Sussex found himself at the center of attention recently.

As the trailer to the Princess of Wales’ annual carol concert titled 'Together At Christmas’ made its way online, eagle-eyed fans noticed an uncanny resemblance between a mystery man walking on the streets in the video and Prince Harry.

Dressed in Royal Air Force uniform, the military man grabbed eyeballs because of his resemblance with the younger son of King Charles, reported Daily Mail

Prince Harry’s look-alike attended Kate Middleton’s Christmas carol concert

Kate Middleton hosted her annual Christmas carol concert for the fourth year earlier this month. The concert, which was filmed to be broadcast on Christmas Eve, was attended by 1600 guests invited by the Princess of Wales herself.

The concert marked one of the rare occasions this year when the future queen made a public appearance after battling cancer previously.

According to Daily Mail, Middleton was joined by her husband Prince William, and their three children - Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

As the trailer for the concert was shared online, several royal fans noticed the similarity between Prince Harry, who was previously a member of the RAF himself, and the mystery man sporting the uniform, complete with ginger hair and beard.

This year’s Christmas also marks another year in a row when the Duke of Sussex is not celebrating the holidays with the royal family in England. He is spending Christmas with his wife Meghan Markle and their two children, Archie and Lilibet in their home in California.

The lookalike spotting also comes after a royal insider shared that King Charles has shown interest in meeting his grandchildren as he has seen Archie only a handful of times since his birth. The insider said he has met Lilibet only once.

The insider shared with The Mirror US, "King Charles has expressed his wishes to see his grandchildren - and there's no better time than the festive period to bring families together.”

They added, "There is no feeling like being a grandparent and it is a role King Charles relishes. It is his hope for his family to be reunited and there's no better way than spending quality time with his grandchildren at Christmas. It would be truly special.”

The Internet was, however, surprised at the uncanny resemblance between the mystery man and Prince Harry. Nevertheless, some deemed it as pure "coincidence."

In the comments section of the YouTube video of the Christmas carol concert, one viewer commented, "Is it only me or the guy in the uniform actually looks like Prince Harry?"

Another asked, "Has Princess Kate brought back Prince Harry to royal event?"

One person remarked, "Is it Prince Harry in military uniform?" while another added, "Watch the video as Prince Harry graces Kate's event!"

One of the social media users wrote on X (formerly Twitter), "A Harry look alike was spotted outside of Westminster Abbey during the Together At Christmas Carol Concert. The resemblance is uncanny. I've often wondered if some of the pictures of him with the "kids" and with MM was actually a body double. Interesting. Thoughts?"

"Waiting for this to be blamed on the Sussex squad! 😂😂😂," added someone else.

Someone else noted, "I just saw that they included Harry on the annual list of (working) royal engagements with an asterisk beside his name, now this. It’s a sickness."

"Was he planted there to get everyone talking about the consort, because they knew it would make people question it?" added another disgruntled user.

Someone else added sarcastically, "Kate just clone prince Harry. 🤣 AI HARRY 😳😳😳."

"Harry is taller than that guy and would not be allowed wear the uniform. This us crazy behaviour ,what's the point," mused another netizen.

Someone else, however, declared, "Pure coincidence 🙄."
