WASHINGTON, DC: Donald Trump, despite his legal battles, is riding high after a landslide victory in Iowa, his supporters say.

Despite attending court for one of his numerous legal battles this week, specifically the E Jean Carroll civil defamation trial, a source informed Page Six that the former US president, Donald Trump, is feeling on top of the world.

The source added, "Everyone at his private club, Mar-a-Lago, is already treating him like he’s the president in Florida."

The source added, “He’s totally convinced he’s on the path to winning the presidency again. He’s very upbeat. He’s elated… he’s already predicting a landslide in the entire country to aides and friends.”

Even Haley’s top surrogate in New Hampshire, GOP Gov Chris Sununu, has started losing expectations for her chances in his state’s primary.

“We always wanted to have a strong second. That’s the only expectation we ever laid out there,” the governor told ABC News. He’d previously said, “We’re gonna win.”

Melania Trump is expected to make more public appearances

The former First Lady, Melania Trump, is anticipated to increase her public appearances in support of Trump's campaign.

Although she has recently attended events such as the funeral of Rosalynn Carter and a naturalization ceremony for new US citizens, she temporarily withdrew from the public eye when her mother, Amalija Knavs, fell ill and passed away.

An insider said, "Once her period of mourning is over, you can expect her to appear with [Trump] at key moments… somewhere important. She wants to make meaningful appearances, not make routine campaign stops which his sons [Eric and Don Jr] do.”

The insider also added that Trump’s youngest daughter, “Tiffany [Trump] will also start to pop up at some stops.”

Internet reacts to sources' claims

X users also voiced their opinions after news broke out regarding Donald Trump being over the moon right now.

A user said, "80 percent of Republicans in Iowa do not support DeSantis or Nikki. You chose badly, quit defending it, and except [sic] your loss !"

Another tweeted, "No one cares about 'Your Republicans.' We only care about America First Republicans."

One opined, "That’s very unfortunate as to how short-sighted. Regardless of his personality negatives his POLICIES were a huge WIN for USA. Why would any true conservative/moderate Republican prefer a democratic president???? Makes no sense…"

Another said, "More people support him than our commie government know what to do about hence, therefore, the show trials, political persecutions, arrests of dissidents, propaganda war, election fraud.."
