WASHINGTON, DC: Eric Trump recently warned that President Joe Biden could face charges for the 2023 White House cocaine debacle if the Supreme Court brushes aside presidential immunity, the New York Post reported.

Moreover, he went on to say that if Trump's request for total immunity is denied, it may lead to a rush of charges against other presidents.

Eric Trump warns Bidne could bump into charges for White House cocaine debacle

Eric Trump said on Fox News' 'Sunday Morning Futures', "They’ll probably go after Joe Biden for having cocaine in the White House. They’ll go after Biden for raiding his opponent’s home. They will probably go after him … for literally, two weeks before the 2022 primaries, literally depleting the petroleum national — the reserves so he could lower gas prices."

Agents of the Secret Service found a small baggie in July 2023 in a vestibule near the Situation Room and on the floor under the Oval Office. They later determined that the baggie included less than one gram of cocaine.

Following an 11-day investigation, the Secret Service concluded that CCTV footage did not identify the offender.

Notably, the Supreme Court heard a major case on Thursday, April 25, in which former president Donald Trump argued that the courts should dismiss his four-count indictment from the 2020 election because presidents are immune from prosecution for their official acts.

Moreover, the conservative-led high court's justices gave the impression that they were both extremely dubious of the assertion that presidents are immune from prosecution and cautious of the idea that they are not.

Trump successfully postponed the 2020 election subversion trial, which was scheduled to start on March 4, by launching the presidential immunity challenge.

In agreement with the former president's legal team, Eric Trump issued a warning that aggressive prosecutors may have a field day if past commanders-in-chief were not shielded by immunity.

Eric Trump said, "The only people who are going to benefit are big law firms in Washington, DC, because they are going to go after every single president. They will start with Obama, Fast and Furious, right, where he gives 2,000 weapons to cartel members."

He asked, "Where do you want to stop? Are they going to go after George Bush for lying about weapons of mass destruction."

Internet trolls Eric Trump for his statement

Several internet users slammed Eric Trump as he said if his father's request for total immunity is denied, it may lead to a rush of charges against other presidents.

A social media user wrote on X, "Lol. That makes zero sense," while one added, "Air-Ric? uhh ... whut-are-yew-dewin-hear-ah?"

One person asked, "Would Eric take a blood test?" whereas another added, "Lol. Eric is such a loser."

One individual wrote, "Eric Trump looks like a guy that eats glue," while another stated, "Legal scholar who stole from a children's cancer charity has thoughts..."
