PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Vanessa Trump received an outpouring of support from family members after revealing that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer and had recently undergone a medical procedure.

Soon after her post went live, Ivanka Trump and Vanessa’s daughter Kai, publicly shared heartfelt messages supporting her.
Ivanka Trump shares emotional message after Vanessa Trump’s diagnosis
Vanessa Trump, 48, revealed her diagnosis in a deeply personal social media statement, calling it a “personal health update” while explaining that doctors had already performed “a procedure” earlier in the week.
“While this isn't news anyone expects, I'm working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan,” Vanessa wrote.
She added, “I am staying focused and hopeful while surrounded by the love and support of my family, my kids, and those closest to me.”
The announcement quickly drew support from people close to her, including Ivanka Trump, who was among the first family members to publicly comment on the post.
“Praying for your continued strength and a swift recovery. Love you mama,” Ivanka wrote.
Vanessa also thanked supporters for the messages she had already received after sharing the news.
“Thank you for your kindness and support it truly means more than I can express,” she wrote before asking for privacy while focusing on her health and recovery journey.
Kai Trump calls Vanessa Trump ‘strongest person I know’
Vanessa’s daughter Kai Trump also shared an emotional reaction shortly after her mother’s announcement.
Kai posted a photo of herself with Vanessa from her high school graduation on Instagram Stories and added a touching caption alongside the image.
“Strongest person I know. Love you,” Kai wrote.
Vanessa shares five children with Donald Trump Jr - Kai, Donald III, Tristan, Spencer and Chloe.
Even after Vanessa and Don Jr finalized their divorce in 2018, the two have reportedly remained close when it comes to parenting their children together.
A source previously said the former couple still works “as a team when it comes to coparenting.”
Though Vanessa largely stays away from political headlines, she still occasionally appears publicly with members of the Trump family and reportedly maintains a positive relationship with her former in-laws.
Publicly, she continues using the name Vanessa Trump.
Vanessa Trump and Tiger Woods go public with relationship
Vanessa’s health announcement also comes during a highly public chapter in her personal life.
Earlier this year, she and pro golfer Tiger Woods publicly confirmed their relationship after months of speculation.
Reports claimed the couple had quietly dated for several months before going public in March 2025.
Recently, Tiger Woods also returned home to Jupiter, Florida, after spending six weeks away receiving treatment following a car crash and DUI charge earlier this year.
A source said Woods took the recovery process seriously and was focused on moving forward.
“Tiger took his trip seriously and is all about continuing his recovery and putting this chapter behind him,” the insider said.
“He is in good spirits and also can't wait to put the legal issues to rest,” the source added.
According to the insider, Vanessa and Tiger’s relationship remained strong during his time away.
The source claimed the couple is still “very much in love” and that nothing changed between them during the difficult period.
