NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On the Friday, January 12, episode of ‘Jesse Watters Primetime', Fox News anchor Jesse Watters explores the idea of President Joe Biden taking leadership cues from Nick Saban and recognizing the appropriate time to step down.

Watters took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share his monologue with his followers.

However, the Internet did not respond positively to Watters’ brutal jabs at Biden.

'Ego can be costly'

Fox News anchor Jesse Watters took to X and wrote, “Ego can be costly. Joe Biden pitched himself as a bridge to the next generation and now he’s just become a burden."

He continued, “He doesn’t love the grind- he loves the beach. And he’s clinging to the pageantry of the presidency while the country suffers. We didn’t hire Biden so he could retire in the White House.”

In his take, Watters said, “Nick Saban's acknowledging the responsibility that he has for others. He's not focused on himself. He's focused on the future of the program, players, and their families who needed a firm commitment.”

He continued, “It takes a certain amount of humility, a certain amount of self-awareness, and an ability to look outside of yourself, to step down at the right time so that the program doesn't sacrifice quality down the line.”

“That's what leadership looks like. And as we all know, ego can be costly. Biden should listen to Nick Saban. He should listen to his heart, which we know isn't fully in it. He can't do his job anymore.”

Watters further added, “He pitched himself as a bridge to the next generation, and now he's become a burden. Joe doesn't love the grind; he loves the beach. And he's clinging to the pageantry of the presidency while the whole country suffers.”

“The attention to detail isn't there. He didn't even know his defense secretary was M.I.A. for a week. His days are starting later and later. Briefings that were held at 9 am are now held at 11. Lids that were called at 6 pm, now called at 4 pm.”

Watters concluded saying, “Sometimes days go by when the American people don't even catch a glimpse of the commander-in-chief. And we look around and we wonder is he doing all he possibly can? We didn't hire Biden so he could retire in the White House.”

Jesse Watters called a ‘loser’

Many X users mocked Jesse Watters after he blasted on Joe Biden.

One person wrote, “What's it like to be as big a loser as you?” and another said, “Lol. Poor jessie must be struggling.”

An X user simply slammed Watters, “Don't you get paid millions to basically talk smack about liberals, nothing intelligent, interesting or constructive ..... talking about others being a burden? Amazing lack of self awareness or reflection,or more likely as long as the Cash-is coming in,you just don't care.”

Another said, “Are you dropping Acid or something tonight?”

One more person called out the host, “You’re a moron. You honestly think you know his schedule? When exactly did he decide to strike the targets. Were you in the sit room?”

Another said, “President Biden wasn't hired, he was elected by a majority of Americans who don't share Republican policies or your phony values, Watters.”
