The 'Pretty Woman' star was celebrated by her niece, Emma Roberts, and her husband, Danny Moder, who shared sweet tributes on social media on Wednesday, October 28.
While Emma marked the occasion with a warm family photo and a loving message for her aunt, Moder shared a glimpse of a more intimate birthday moment with his wife.

Emma took to social media to wish her aunt a happy birthday, sharing a photograph of the two embracing.
The picture appeared to have been taken at Emma’s July wedding to Cody John, where Julia was seen wearing a cream blouse and brown pants.
“Happy birthday Aunt Julia,” Emma wrote, adding, “I love you beyond!!” Emma, the daughter of Julia’s older brother, actor Eric Roberts, has spoken about how watching her aunt work influenced her own journey in the entertainment industry.
In a 2022 interview with Tatler, Emma recalled visiting film sets and observing the behind-the-scenes work that went into making movies.
She remembered helping with wardrobe tags, organizing makeup brushes, and watching how the crew maintained continuity.

Danny Moder celebrates Julia Roberts’ 59th birthday

The couple met in 2000 while working on the film 'The Mexican,' in which Roberts starred opposite Brad Pitt and Moder worked as a cameraman.
They married in a private ceremony at Roberts’ ranch in Taos, New Mexico, on July 4, 2002
In July 2026, the couple celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary.
