WASHINGTON, DC: Kamala Harris' campaign team is warning organizations and their heads that Donald Trump’s return will derail economic growth.

“A president who targets people, targets CEOs, targets companies, targets journalists and targets opposition could have a devastating impact on the investment confidence that has been robust for the past four years but also part of America’s strength since its founding,” said Gene Sperling, who has helped three Democratic presidents on economic policy in the past.

The event was held to commemorate October 7th, 2023, when Hamas terrorists mounted a series of attacks and raids on Israeli towns near Gaza, killing 1,145 people and taking 251 hostages. Economic advisor Gene Sperling blasts Donald Trump's strategy

Gene Sperling is presently working for Kamala Harris' campaign and said it’s a “common sense” case to financiers and other leaders that the second Donald Trump administration is going to be dangerous.

However, John Paulson voiced support for the former president, and defended his previous governance, reported Associated Press

“It’s completely false. When people make these claims, they’re totally spurious. They’re not grounded in reality. Trump is a brilliant businessman. He wants to bring down wasteful spending and encourage growth,” Paulson argued over the claim that the rule of law is under threat.

“We will give our companies the lowest taxes, the lowest energy cost, the lowest regulatory burdens, and free access to the best and biggest market on the planet,” Donald Trump promised at a rally in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, October 29.

“The problem is, if we had more of these idiots running our country, you won’t have a big and best market anymore because we’re a nation in decline,” he slammed the present Biden administration.

Business leaders who jumped into November presidential race

Interestingly, big giants from the business community have come forward as they openly support presidential candidates from both parties.

Trump got endorsement from billionaire Elon Musk, who owns Tesla, SpaceX, and X, (formerly Twitter.)

Meanwhile, billionaires Microsoft founder Bill Gates and entrepreneur Mark Cuban are supporting Harris.

Cuban has been a strong critic of Trump over the decades now, and he recently attacked the Republican presidential candidate over 'The View' show and made a controversial statement, “Donald Trump, you never see him around strong, intelligent women. Ever. It’s just that simple."
