Kelly Osbourne and Sid Wilson split months after engagement amid personal struggles
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kelly Osbourne and her fiancé Sid Wilson have ended their engagement after only a few months, according to reports, marking a new twist in their relationship after a troubled year.
The couple who shares a 3-year-old son, reportedly separated quietly weeks after their last public appearance together. Neither Osbourne nor Wilson has officially announced the breakup.
The relationship was strained in recent months
Osbourne, 41, and Wilson, 49, are said to have quietly ended their engagement within the past month, according to The Daily Mail. They were last seen together at the Grammy Awards in February.
“Kelly and Sid have decided to call off their engagement,” an insider claimed.
“Kelly has been struggling following the loss of her father,” they continued. “The grieving process has been incredibly difficult, and she’s been doing everything she can to cope.”
Kelly’s dad, heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne, died from a heart attack on July 22, 2025, after suffering from Parkinson’s disease. He was 76.
The source added that Kelly and Wilson were “facing challenges in their relationship for some time” and that “things were not as they appeared.”
Osbourne has also been the subject of public attention in recent months due to noticeable physical changes, which she previously addressed by linking them to emotional stress following her father’s death.
Focus shifts to family and next steps
Following the reported split, Osbourne is said to be focusing on her role as a mother and prioritizing her well-being.
“They tried to make it work, particularly for the sake of their child, but ultimately decided that separating is the best path forward,” they shared.
Kelly and the American DJ have a 3-year-old son, Sidney, who was born in November 2022.
“Kelly has endured a great deal over the past year,” the insider concluded. “Despite everything, she remains sober and is now focusing on herself and her role as a mother moving ahead.”
After welcoming their son in late 2022, Wilson got down on one knee and popped the question backstage during Ozzy’s Black Sabbath farewell concert at Villa Park in Birmingham, England, in July 2025.
“Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world,” Wilson said in a clip of the proposal that Kelly shared to Instagram.
More recently, friends close to the Osbourne family said they were “really worried” about both Kelly and Sharon, 73, and their weight loss following Ozzy’s death.
“I see these photos and it’s horrifying,” a music industry source close to the Osbournes told Page Six earlier this month. “I didn’t recognize her.”
