Kimberly Guilfoyle tries to outdo Don Jr's GF Bettina Anderson after she reveals her Valentine's Day plans
WASHINGTON, DC: Kimberly Guilfoyle has responded defiantly to her former fiance Donald Trump Jr and his new girlfriend Bettina Anderson as they prepare to celebrate their first romantic Valentine's Day together.
Days after Trump Jr's new socialite girlfriend shared her lavish Valentine's Day gift basket filled with romantic treats, Guilfoyle posted a photo of some pink roses, a traditional Valentine's Day symbol.

Although Trump Jr and Guilfoyle officially broke up a few months ago, and he has since publicly moved on with Anderson, he and the new US ambassador to Greece and the former Fox News host continue to maintain a cordial relationship.
Most recently, Trump Jr and Guilfoyle were seen together as friends at The Club at Admirals Cove's annual street fair, where at least two of Don Jr's children were present, according to The List.
The former Fox News host is sending her best "thank u, next" and hinting at a potential new suitor in her life after her devastating social media post for Don Jr's birthday last month suggested that Guilfoyle couldn't let go.
Guilfoyle shared a picture of a bouquet of vibrant pink roses from Miami's upscale flower delivery service, Le Boutique Royal, on her Instagram Story. The roses cost roughly $250.
Guilfoyle just wrote "thank you" with two pink love emojis as the text, implying that she has a new suitor in her life. She chose to let fans' and her ex's imaginations run wild rather than revealing who gave the flowers.
Guilfoyle was clearly attempting to imply that someone special sent the flowers by not revealing who sent them. It's like posting the romantic lyrics of a song as a Facebook caption and then adding the dramatic words, "Don't ask."
Following Anderson's revelation of her and Don Jr's Valentine's Day plans, Guilfoyle's tried-and-tested strategy appeared to be an attempt to outdo the socialite who currently has her former fiance's affection.
Last week, Anderson revealed that she received a delivery from Portage Foods, a company that specializes in premium smoked fish and caviar, reported Daily Mail.
She wrote, "Ready for Valentine's Day," with two champagne glasses emojis and the background tune "Caviar and Champagne" playing.
Anderson got what looked to be the Grand Caviar Tasting Set, which retails for less than $1,000.

There were striking comparisons between Donald Trump Jr and Bettina Anderson's romantic holiday plans and his previous Valentine's Day celebrations with Guilfoyle.
"I'm probably more of a fisherman than I am a romantic, not to say that you can't do both. We're just going to hang out," Trump Jr remarked when asked about their plans in 2019, per Daily Mail.
The new couple furthered their bond over the weekend by enjoying the Super Bowl in a box with a few Trump Jr's children. Anderson embraced her new partner and posed for pictures with three of his five children.
Guilfoyle was also at the Super Bowl but not shown with her ex or his father Donald Trump. Rather, Guilfoyle was seen posing for a warm photo at the game with 'Yellowstone' star Kevin Costner.
Since her split from Trump's eldest son, Guilfoyle has been in the background of several significant events that preceded his return to the White House.
She was apparently keeping a close eye on the new pair at President Trump's inauguration, a source told People. "Kim is still very fond of Don, and kept a watchful eye out," the source added.
"She knows how beautiful and well-dressed Bettina is, and there is no question that she was hurt when her romance with Don ended," the insider further said.
