NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On Tuesday night, President Joe Biden was in Virginia, making a remark that hinted at election denial.

He expressed gratitude to "real governor" Terry McAuliffe, despite McAuliffe's loss to now-Governor Glenn Youngkin.

Following this news, Fox News anchor Sean Hannity took to X (formerly Twitter), to report on Fox News contributor Peter Doocy asking Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre about Biden’s “joke.”

Apparently, many people on the internet took a brutal jab at the press secretary, calling her a ‘joke’.

Fox News host Sean Hannity took to X and wrote, “DOOCY TO KJP: 'Is Election Denying a Joke Now?' [WATCH].”

Hannity’s tweet featured an article from his official website which stated that Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy blasted Karine Jean-Pierre after he questioned her about Joe Biden.

This came after Biden flirted with election denial by thanking “real governor” Terry McAuliffe after he lost to now-governor Glenn Youngkin at Virgini’s gubernatorial race results.

Biden made the comment during a speech at a Virginia abortion rights rally on Tuesday.

Biden said, “Hello, Virginia, and the real governor, Terry McAuliffe. My name is Joe Biden. I’m Jill Biden’s husband and Kamala’s running mate. Kidding aside. Thank you, Kamala, for your leadership protecting reproductive freedom and for so much more that you do.”

Following this, on Wednesday’s press briefings, Doocy asked Pierre, “Is election denying a joke now.”

Karine Jean-Pierre replied, “What do you mean?”

He said, “Why did the President say ‘Hello, Virginia and the real governor Terry McAuliffe?'”

Karine Jean-Pierre shot back as she defended Biden, “He was making a joke!”

Internet calls Karine Jean-Pierre a ‘joke’

Many X users called out Karine Jean-Pierre

One person wrote, “KJP, you're a joke,” and another said, “This whole administration is a joke.”

An X user simply slammed KJP saying, “KJP is the only joke I see here,” and another added, “I can only listen to her dribble for a few seconds before I want to gag.”

One more person said, “To the Biden admin, everything is a joke,” and another wrote, “She's the joke, Biden is the joke, the whole Biden Administration and inserted presidency is a freaking joke.”
