PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Former President Donald Trump went scorched earth against incumbent President Joe Biden ahead of campaign stops in Michigan and Wisconsin.

The 77-year-old MAGA strongman has accused the present Commander-in-Chief of having "orchestrated" every lawsuit and indictment against him with the assistance of the Justice Department, according to Fox News.

The presumptive 2024 GOP nominee posted on his Truth Social account Tuesday morning, "Please remember, ALL of these Lawsuits, Charges, and Indictments that have been brought against me have been orchestrated and coordinated by Crooked Joe Biden, the White House, and the DOJ, as an ATTACK ON CROOKED’S POLITICAL OPPONENT, ME.”

"This has never happened before in our Country. MAGA2024!" he remarked.

What prompted ex-POTUS's rant?

Donald Trump reiterated his past remarks, criticizing the US legal system, which he claims "has been corrupted & politicized at a level never seen before."

He also added that he will have "plenty to talk about" during his campaign visits to Michigan and Wisconsin on Tuesday.

Trump’s remarks came following the $175 million bond he posted in response to the lawsuit filed against him by the New York Attorney General, Letitia James.

The initial judgment for this case was set at $454 million, but the amount was reduced by more than half by an appeals court.

Trump is currently pursuing an appeal against the ruling made by Judge Arthur Engoron in New York.

Attorney General James is not permitted to seek collection of the full judgment during the appeals process.

"I had to pay New York State in order to appeal a corrupt decision by a biased, crooked and highly overturned judge," Trump wrote. "It’s supposed to be the other way around – you appeal before you pay."

"Is a crooked New York Judge allowed to make you pay for the ‘privilege’ of appealing a wrongful & corrupt decision???" the former president remarked. "NOT IN AMERICA."

In February, Judge Engoron ruled that Trump had inflated his assets, but the former president and his family have denied any wrongdoing.

Trump on New York hush money criminal case

Donald Trump is facing legal trouble on two fronts. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has been conducting a protracted investigation into alleged hush-money payments made before the 2016 election.

Meanwhile, Trump has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree. The trial for this criminal case is scheduled to commence on April 15 in New York.

Following the request of the Manhattan District Attorney, Judge Juan Merchan granted a gag order on Trump.

"I just was informed that another corrupt New York Judge, Juan Merchan, GAGGED me so that I can not talk about the corruption and conflicts taking place in his courtroom with respect to a case that everyone, including the D.A., felt should never have been brought," Trump stated. "They can talk about me, but I can’t talk about them??? That sounds fair, doesn’t it?"

Trump claimed Merchan "should be recused, and the case should be thrown out."

"There has virtually never been a more conflicted judge than this one," the former president wrote. "ELECTION INTERFERENCE at its worst!"

It has been ordered by Judge Juan Merchan that former President Trump cannot issue or instruct others to issue public statements regarding witnesses and their potential participation, counsel in the case except Bragg, court staff, DA staff, and their family members.

Merchan has also directed that Trump cannot make or instruct others to make public statements about any prospective or chosen juror.

The gag order imposed against Trump by Engoron in the non-jury civil fraud trial stemming from James' lawsuit has also been reinforced.

Judge Engoron stated that the former President violated that order twice and was forced to pay a penalty.

Trump's campaign has denounced the gag order as "unconstitutional," claiming that it infringes on the First Amendment rights of Americans who follow Trump and listen to his speech.

The charges leveled against Trump in the Bragg case are related to alleged hush-money payments made during the 2016 presidential campaign.

In 2019, federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York chose not to charge Trump regarding payments made to adult film star Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal. The Federal Election Commission also concluded its investigation into the matter in 2021.

Internet mocks Trump for claiming Biden 'orchestrated' legal challenges

People on X shredded the former President for implying that the Biden administration is setting up his recent legal setbacks because he doesn’t want him to visit campaign stops in key battleground states.

One X user remarked, "Stop repeating his lies - for sake of your country."

Another said, "He did things to earn his legal trouble. He never take accountability for anything negative. only tries to take credit for things others did do."

Someone else wrote, "Trunp says a lot of things it's why he's in so much trouble."

One user claimed, "Trump forgets the DOJ doesn't work for the president. They work for Americans."

Another remarked, "Trump brought it all on himself. A lot of these things were in the works while he was president. They just weren’t able to go forward because he was president."

A tweet read, "Trump committed crimes He is being held accountable He is mad he is being held accountable He ran for office knowing about investigations He never says he didn’t do it, he says everyone does it and you can’t hold a former potus accountable for their actions in or out of office."
