In the video, the 36-year-old singer posted on October 10, she showcased a variety of meals she consumes in a typical day.

The video began with breakfast where Lizzo shared that she enjoys egg white cups paired with cauliflower hashbrowns and fruit.

Her meal selection then shifted to a grilled chicken dish, which was served alongside asparagus and carrots, highlighting her balanced approach to nutrition.

Along with her meals, Lizzo shared some of the beverages she enjoys throughout the day, including refreshing lemon water and homemade peach tea.

However, one drink that stood out was Okra water, which has become a viral sensation on TikTok.

Fans of this unique beverage claim it has multiple benefits, including aiding in weight loss, improving skin clarity, and promoting digestive health.

The singer's fans were quick to comment on the post, with one follower exclaiming, “That lettuce buffalo sandwich wrap looked amazing.”

Lizzo addresses weight loss rumors and social media speculation

Lizzo’s post comes just weeks after she responded to social media speculation surrounding her weight loss.

In a video shared on September 20, the singer dismissed online rumors that the popular diabetes medication Ozempic, often used for weight loss, was behind her progress.

“When you finally get Ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit,” she wrote in the video.

The caption that accompanied the post sardonically asked, “oZeMpIc oR cOkE?”, a nod to a comment from a social media user who asked whether she had used Ozempic or “snorted coke” in a previous image.

Lizzo’s vegan past and nutritional journey

Lizzo was open about her experiences as a vegan in 2020, regularly posting TikTok videos detailing what she ate during that time.

In one video, she revealed that her vegan breakfasts typically consisted of green smoothies made from coconut water, kale or spinach, and frozen fruit.

Other meals featured nutrient-packed salads made from kale, red cabbage, broccoli, seasoned avocado, white onions, and carrots.
