'Marvel' star Simu Liu marries Allison Hsu nearly four years after they were romantically linked
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Marvel' star Simu Liu is reportedly a married man after recently saying “I do” to Allison Hsu following almost four years of dating.
The 37-year-old actor and Hsu exchanged vows over the weekend of October 3 in France, as reported by TMZ.

Liu and Interscope Records vice president of digital marketing Allison Hsu were first romantically linked in 2022. They became Instagram official on November 20, 2022.
Gushing about Hsu, the ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ actor said in August 2023, as per PEOPLE, “She’s absolutely changed my life, so I’m very, very grateful to have her.”
A few months later, in another interview, he added, “We’ve been tremendously happy. I feel challenged and loved and cared for, and I feel championed. I think the best, healthiest relationships are ones where you have each other’s back, and I definitely feel like that’s the case.”

In May 2025, the two got engaged and announced it via a joint social media post. Posting multiple photos from Paris, Hsu wrote, “Us forever,” as she showed off her engagement ring.
In another Instagram post, Liu shared, “From weekends in Paris, day trips to Palm Springs, long nights on set, afternoons vegging on the couch and everything in between, I choose you forever and always."

The ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’ star opened up about his engagement to Entertainment Tonight in November 2025.
He said, “I’m not a planner by nature, and it’s probably one of the best things I’ve ever planned. I went full creative director. I had a vision, and worked with some really great people to get it done.”
“She was excited and she loved it, and that’s the most important thing. You’re kind of, like, choreographing this entire show for an audience of one,” he added.
Earlier this year, Liu shed light on wedding planning, saying, “Everything’s been good. I would say we’re at the point now where it’s probably my least favorite, it’s where I’m finding out how much everything costs.”
“And I really do think no matter what your budget is, it’s always going to cost more than you think. Everything always costs more than you think. That’s definitely true for us as well,” he stated, before explaining what his wedding day would mean to him.
Liu added, "You’re throwing a party with your best friends in the whole wide world and, of course, it’s our day but it’s also their day. It’s just a day to celebrate kind of everyone being together and sharing in our happy moment."
