LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Meghan McCain recently shared her views on the rumor that former President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama are getting divorced.

The blogger appeared in an episode of Tara Palmeri’s podcast, which was released on Wednesday, January 22, where she said, “Fast and furious loud, I have been hearing this rumor that the Obamas are getting a divorce by reputable people,” as reported by MEDIAITE.

Meghan McCain says 'serious journalists' told her Obamas are getting divorced

She further explained that she was “not talking about TMZ. I’m not talking about Perez Hilton, although I love him, he’s my friend. I’m talking about like very serious journalists telling me that they’re hearing that the Obama divorce rumors are true.”

McCain then asked the Puck senior political correspondent, “Do you agree with that? Have you heard that? Do you think it’s just garbage?”

“Oh yeah! I mean I’ve certainly heard it for a while, even before Michelle said she wasn’t coming to the inauguration, which also could be interpreted as like another act of resistance, which would only make her like more — if that’s really true and they stayed together — like more of a baddie in the movement when like, there really is no one in the Democratic Party who is like holding that mantle aside from AOC,” Palmeri replied.

Barack and Michelle Obama are living ‘separate lives’

The 37-year-old journalist also went on to say that the rumors are not something new and now she’s “heard that they live separate lives.”

But she added that “they are kind of like America’s sweethearts in a lot of ways and it’s, so, I think it would be devastating.”

Palmeri also mentioned that Barack recently paid a beautiful tribute to his wife on her birthday on January 17.

The former leader had called his attorney wife "the love of my life" and also wrote, "I’m so lucky to be able to take on life’s adventures with you. Love you!"

But McCain was not convinced as she noted, “I think she’s a very pretty lady, and I was like, ‘This picture is not doing her justice for how beautiful she is.’ I would kill Ben [Domenech] if he put a picture of me looking like no makeup with that lighting on social media.”

“I would kill him so I, that, it didn’t, for me it didn’t help the rumors and like why are you putting this like s**tty picture of your wife up?” the daughter of the late John McCain added.

Palmeri had her reasoning as she brought up the topic of celebrity divorces being “managed.”

“They put up the post like about their love for each other before the divorce, and it’s sort of like a way to lay the groundwork so, to make people think like, ‘Oh, well it was like amicable, and they’re good people, and they want the best for each other,’ and, you know, and it’s just like, or it’s buying time,” she stated.
