MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA: MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell seems to have put a hidden meaning in a new advertisement for standard pillows with the price of $14.88, a figure seen as symbolic for white supremacists and neo-Nazis, per The Daily Mail.

Lindell and his business advertised the products on social media on Friday, September 20, promising consumers the "ultimate comfort upgrade". The price of the pillows soon captured the attention of social media users.

Did Mike Lindell put a hidden meaning in new pillow ad?

The social media post read, "Sleep like a dream with our Standard MyPillow for just $14.88!" along with a picture of Mike Lindell holding two pillows.

Notably, the number '1488' is a symbol used among hate groups. The '14' is the short form for the '14 Words', a stand-in for a white supremacist slogan, whereas '88' refers to an abbreviation of 'Heil Hitler', since H is the eighth letter of the alphabet, according to HuffPost.

Moreover, in 2021, Lindell offered $5 million to anyone who could win his 'Prove Mike Wrong Challenge' by disproving data related to his election fraud claims, per the news outlet.

Mike Lindell loses 'Prove Mike Wrong Challenge'

A judge ruled in February 2024 that a software developer named Robert Zeidman had successfully won the 'Prove Mike Wrong' challenge and ordered Mike Lindell to pay the amount.

Zeidman's report showed that Lindell's data was incomplete and did not represent data that could have possibly been collected in real-time from the internet, per The Daily Mail.

Zeidman initially lost the challenge but he took Lindell to arbitration and won. Lindell expected that the federal judge would rule in his favor and clear the $5 million reward promised by the challenge but the federal judge affirmed the amount against the MyPillow executive.

Lindell stated that the breach-of-contract lawsuit was against one of his companies, Lindell Management LLC, and not against him. He said, "Of course, we're going to appeal it. This guy doesn't have a dime coming."
