MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA: MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has been officially notified that he no longer has legal representation in the high-profile case stemming from his 'Prove Mike Wrong' challenge.

The contest, related to the 2020 presidential election, ended with Lindell being ordered to pay over $5 million after engineer Robert Zeidman successfully demonstrated that Lindell lacked the data to prove the election was stolen from former President Donald Trump.

Following Zeidman's victory in arbitration, the case advanced to federal court, where Lindell suffered another loss in February. The court's ruling not only upheld the $5 million judgment but also included a provision for post-judgment interest on the prize amount.

By March, two of Lindell's three attorneys had withdrawn from representing him, though he continued with an appeal. On June 4, his final attorney, Cary Joshi, notified the court via email of his intention to withdraw from the case.

"Counsel for Respondent has notified the Court by email that he can no longer serve as lead counsel for Respondent," Magistrate Judge Dulce J Foster acknowledged, per Raw Story.

Joshi complied with the court's directive, and Douglas Wardlow, general counsel for Lindell Management LLC, accepted the declaration on Lindell's behalf.

As Judge Foster highlighted, business entities cannot represent themselves in court, leaving it unclear whether Lindell will retain new legal counsel to continue his appeal.
