GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN: Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's spokesperson has hit back at Donald Trump for his remarks against her. The spokesperson said that the former president's comments are "just the usual projection of his own insanity."

"The former president is showing himself to be increasingly unhinged and unstable," Pelosi's spokesperson told Independent.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump capped off his third and possibly final presidential campaign with a broadside against Nancy Pelosi.

Trump’s remarks came at a campaign rally held after midnight on Tuesday, November 5, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Donald Trump refrained from using an obscenity to describe Nancy Pelosi, yet he displayed a strong intent to proceed and even formed the word with his lips into the microphone.

“She‘s a crooked person, she‘s a bad person. Evil! she’s an evil, sick, crazy b****h" Trump said, stopping himself.

"Oh no," he added, before silently mouthing the word into the microphone. “It starts with a ‘b’ but I won’t say it. I wanna say it. I wanna say it.”

Evangelist Franklin Graham admonished Trump not to use "foul language," the former president recalled, but he argued it is not a "real bad word" and "I don't use it much," Salon noted.

“He’s wrong about one thing,” Trump said of Graham, adding “It is a little better when you use the foul language.”

The Washington Post reported that Trump's campaign spokesman, Steven Cheung, stated that the former president intended to use the term "braindead."

Comments made by Trump about Pelosi were widely shared on social media and Kamala Harris' campaign account even posted a video of his remarks.

Nancy Pelosi often challenged Donald Trump throughout his presidency

Throughout Donald Trump's presidency and his subsequent years as the unofficial leader of the opposition, Nancy Pelosi guided the House Democrats, consistently challenging him.

It included two impeachments, a government shutdown, legislative battles, and several heated Cabinet meetings recorded on camera.

Her opposition earned her the epithet "Crazy Nancy" title from Trump who, on Monday at a Raleigh, North Carolina rally, called her a "bad, sick woman" and "crazy as a bedbug."

“She is a crazy, she’s a — remember she ripped up the paper behind me? She could’ve gone to jail for that,” Trump added, referring to when Pelosi ripped up a copy of his State of the Union address in 2020.

Donald Trump says his staff told him to go easy on Michelle Obama

During the North Carolina rally, Donald Trump mentioned that his staff dissuaded him from initiating attacks against former first lady Michelle Obama.

“She hit me the other day,” Trump said, adding “I was gonna say to my people, ‘Am I allowed to hit her now?’ They said, ‘Take it easy, sir, sir.’”

"My genius is – I’m telling you, they said, ‘Just take it easy,’” he further said.

“What do you mean? She said bad about me. I can’t hit back? ‘Sir, you’re winning. Just relax.’ Is that good or bad advice?” Trump added.
