Nicole Kidman feels ex-husband Tom Cruise's relationship with Russian socialite is 'bizarre' and 'staged', claims source

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Nicole Kidman purportedly thinks Tom Cruise’s romance with the Russian socialite Elsina Khayrova is ‘bizarre’ to the extent that it seems ‘staged’.

Cruise’s romance with Khayrova has allegedly made Kidman” thankful for her own marriage” with the country legend Keith Urban.

What is Nicole Kidman’s opinion on Tom Cruise’s alleged romance?

According to a source close to the ‘Eyes Wide Shut’ actress, Kidman is skeptical about her ex-husband’s latest romance.

The source recently shared Kidman’s views with InTouch Weekly  per RadarOnline and said, “It all seems staged and bizarre to her and makes her even more thankful for her own marriage.”

Kidman married the country crooner Keith Urban in 2006. Earlier, the Australian actress was married to the ‘Mission: Impossible’ star for eleven years until their divorce in 2001.

Following his divorce from Kidman, Cruise, on the other hand, found love again with Katie Holmes. He was married to Holmes for five years until their divorce in 2012. 

After the high-profile split, Cruise has reportedly been in a series of relationships with neither getting translated into marriage.

Remarking on Cruise’s dating history, the source added, "Tom's shown for years he's undateable and if he thinks he's going to solve that problem by throwing money at his high-maintenance sweetie, then good luck with that.”

The source continued to dish Kidman’s view, saying, "Nicole knows what a ham Tom is," before adding, "He can pour on the charm and hire out an entire restaurant for one meal, but there's no substance there."

The source even prophesied, "Somewhere down the line, Tom's going to get bored and distracted by other things and Elsina's going to kick him to the curb."

The insider shared, "It's not like he can't afford to lavish this girl with the best of the best, but Nicole believes Tom's ego and bizarre lifestyle will eventually burn this romance out like all the others!" 

'Tom’s extremely confident about it working out'

Despite the criticism, other sources believe Tom Cruise is "extremely confident" about his relationship with Elsina Khayrova. They said to Us Weekly, “They’re very happy. And Tom’s extremely confident about it working out for the long term.”

The insider revealed that Cruise met with Khayrova through mutual friends and the pair have “hung out at Tom’s favorite private members club and regularly enjoy afternoon tea and gourmet dinners out in London.”

They also added, “Tom’s become a popular figure in London among the well-heeled, elite types. What started as a basic friendship quickly turned into something more special.”

“Tom is going into 2024 totally energized, excited, and feeling healthier and happier than he has in years. This is a very special time for him, and having a serious relationship in his life that he can build on is the icing on the cake,” sources claimed.

The source claimed that even Khayrova “is very supportive of Tom and his work. She knows he has a lot of demands and obligations.”
