During an interview on BBC Radio 2's 'Tracks of My Years' with Vernon Kay, the 75-year-old music legend recalled meeting Swift at an event. He attended the event with his daughter, actress Lily Collins, who introduced him to the singer.
Collins said he was blown away by Swift's performance of her 2008 track 'White Horse'. He explained that the song left a lasting impression on him and praised the singer's journey to global fame.
"I've always had a soft spot for this song since then and I'm so pleased that she's the hugest thing in the world now because she kind of feels like she deserves it," Collins told Vernon.
