Randy Moss’ son slams Larry Fitzgerald Sr for claiming NFL legend has liver cancer: ‘This is disgusting’
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Larry Fitzgerald Sr was called out online after he publicly claimed that Randy Moss has been struggling with liver cancer.
The former Minnesota Vikings and New England Patriots wide receiver had announced last week that he was “battling something internally” but did not reveal anything about his diagnosis.

Now on Tuesday, December 10, Fitzgerald Sr took to X on and tweeted, “66th NFF Hall of Fame Ceremony here in Las Vegas just heard that Vikings HOF Randy Moss has liver cancer. Let’s show the power of prayer and pull Moss through this.🙏🙏🙏.I love you Randy.”

Fitzgerald Jr also jumped into the chaos as he posted in a seemingly now-deleted tweet, “Dad, I think it’s best to respect his privacy on this. If he feels ready to share more about his health, he will. In the meantime, let’s focus on sending him positive energy, prayers, and support rather than speculating.”
Randy Moss urges fans to pray for him
This came after Moss spoke about his health problem in a social media post.
The Hall of Fame wide receiver shared on December 1, “We were talking about my eyes last week, and I just want to let the viewers know that me and my wife, me and my family, we are battling something internally.”

“I'm battling something, I need prayer warriors. God bless you all, and thanks for the prayers,” he added at the time.
Later, ESPN also issued a statement saying, Moss “will step away from Sunday NFL Countdown for an extended time to focus on a personal health challenge.”
The network also called the 47-year-old “an invaluable member of the team,” before asserting, We look forward to welcoming him back when he is ready.”
