Robert F Kennedy Jr trolled as he posts bizarre photo with a lizard and shirtless Dr Oz: 'What a mess'

WASHINGTON, DC: Robert F Kennedy Jr, the newly appointed Health and Human Services Secretary, shared a bizarre photo with a lizard in his hand, along with comedian Russell Brand and a shirtless Mehmet Oz aka Dr Oz.
Interestingly, the trio have long been connected as Brand endorsed RFK Jr's independent presidential campaign in 2024 and Donald Trump nominated Dr Oz to lead the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, a position where he'd work closely with RFK Jr, according to Independent.

Robert F Kennedy Jr posts a bizarre photo with a lizard, Russell Brand and Dr Oz
On the afternoon of Sunday, February 16, Robert F Kennedy Jr took to Instagram to share the photo with his followers with the caption, "Northern Curly Tailed Lizard with Russel Brand & Dr Oz."
The photo shows Brand with his arm around RFK Jr and Dr Oz as all three smile at the camera, per the outlet.
The trio is also known for spreading health misinformation online. RFK Jr is an anti-vaccine activist who has been accused of spreading misinformation about the Covid-19 vaccine and has claimed that vaccines can be linked to autism.

Similarly, Dr Oz used his TV series, 'The Dr Oz Show', to spread medical misinformation, such as promoting a dubious supplement for cancer prevention and falsely claiming that apple juice in the US contained "troubling" levels of arsenic. However, his claims were proven incorrect by studies and federal health agencies.
He further claimed that the antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine can treat Covid-19, which was false. Both the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the World Health Organization (WHO) said that it was unsafe to treat the viral infection with the medication.

Furthermore, a 2024 French study showed that 16,990 patients in the US, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and Turkey may have died as a result of the drug, as per Independent.
Brand also spread baseless conspiracy theories on the Covid-19 vaccine, Russia’s war in Ukraine, and the climate crisis, the outlet reported.
