WASHINGTON, DC: Roseanne Barr called Donald Trump the "first woman president of the United States" in a bizarre clip making rounds of social media, as per OK! Magazine

The X (formerly Twitter) account Republicans against Trump shared a TikTok video that shows the 71-year-old comedian saying, "Trump - hear me when I say this - Trump is, in my opinion, the first woman president of the United States."

The longtime Trump ally, who is known for spreading conspiracy theories, faced strong criticism online in response to the strange remark.

Roseanne Barr previously described Donald Trump as a 'mother bear'

During a November 2023 interview, Roseanne Barr said Donald Trump had a strong feminine side to his personality while describing how caring he was, as per Newsweek.

Talking about her interaction with the real estate tycoon during an appearance on the Real America's Voice network, the Emmy winner recalled how the former president helped her calm herself when she "lost control."

"He so gently rearranged my arms," shared Barr, adding that they eventually shared a hug, and the comedian told him, "We all love you and pray for you, we know that you are the only one with balls."

She went on to describe the former president as a "mother bear," explaining, "A dad bear, they'll go out and kill all the others. That's one thing and it's cool. But Trump wraps his arms around us."

Barr voted for Trump in the 2016 election and vowed to vote for him again should he win the Republican nomination. She is no stranger to controversy, having been fired from a reboot of her own sitcom, 'Roseanne', for making racist remarks.

Internet trolls Roseanne Barr as she calls Donald Trump the 'first woman POTUS'

Roseanne Barr drew ridicule for making a bizarre remark about Donald Trump.

One wrote, "This is the posterboard for MAGA. Insane nonsense," and another added, "Roseanne Barr is gone with the wind."

"Somebody needs to cut Roseanne off," remarked a person, while someone else joked, "I’m sure that makes perfect sense to MAGA."

One more stated, "Yeah, I’m sure Trump’s fragile ego is thrilled with that one. From ‘stable genius’ to ‘first woman president’—this guy just keeps breaking all the wrong records."

Another person asked, "What is it with so many MAGA folks losing their marbles?" A frustrated netizen wrote, "I'd feel sorry for her because she's clearly out of her mind, but I don't, because I think she's a mean, calculating, spiteful woman."
