LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Amid ongoing speculation about her relationship status with Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez, 54, is making headlines once again, this time for her impressive physique and fitness regimen, as reported by The Daily Mail.

Recently, her trainers Dodd Romero and Tracy Anderson opened up about how the multi-talented star maintains her enviable shape.

Lopez, who recently revealed she's the "thinnest" she's ever been, stays committed to her fitness routine despite her busy schedule.

According to Romero, she's in better shape than ever and doesn't shy away from hard work. Her workout regimen includes three days a week of resistance training, where she focuses on a variety of exercises to keep things fresh.

"Jennifer's in better shape now than she's ever been," Romero told the site. "She's tough (and) really doesn't ever complain about anything. Wherever I tell her to go, she'll go."

Lopez mentioned on 'Live With Kelly and Mark,' "I just finished filming a movie called 'Kiss of the Spider Woman,' where it was all singing and dancing. It was equal parts exhilarating and exhausting," she told hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos.

"I'm the thinnest I've ever been. I'm in fighting shape right now."

The 'Hustlers' actress is no stranger to mixing up her routines. From hanging ab raises to weighted sumo-style plie squats, she's not afraid of pushing herself to achieve her fitness goals. Lopez is also dedicated to toning her glutes, favoring exercises like supportive lunges to target specific muscle groups.

She is also known to frequent the Tracy Anderson Method gym in LA. At Anderson, the pop icon incorporates dance aerobics with Anderson's band system, according to the site.

"We do a 10-move leg program focusing on the glutes and the cinching of the waist," Anderson told US Weekly. She performs leg pulses and box step-ups while wearing 1.5-pound ankle weights. "Moving is part of Jennifer's core values. She does what she needs to do," Anderson added.

Additionally, 'Jenny From The Block' is careful with her diet. "As you get older, you have to be more strict," Romero explained. The singer avoids sugar and dairy but allows herself occasional treats. "If her kids want to have a meal that isn't the lowest in calories, Jennifer will have the meal with them. She's not rigid," he said.

Romero previously told the US Weekly in 2019 that Lopez, who abstains from alcohol and caffeine, "drinks a minimum of seven glasses of water a day." She also "stays away from processed foods and gets her nutrients from whole sources."

Affleck, who married Lopez in 2022 after reuniting in 2021, was not present at her big premiere because he was busy working on the sequel to his film, 'The Accountant.'
